The three apartments are located in a fenced luxury villa, which enjoys a romantic location in the picturesque village of Viskovici on the Istrian coast at about 150m above sea level and panoramic views over the bays of Rasa and Kvarner known for their crystal clear water to the islands of Lošinj and Unije offers, a perfect place for all those who want to escape the everyday noise and want to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends in complete privacy.

The two-story villa is located on a 4100m ² private site, was built in 2008 and only recently completely renovated in 2016 and equipped with high quality furniture and all modern amenities to offer you an unforgettable vacation. There are three fully air-conditioned (heating and cooling) holiday apartments on the two floors. The apartments can only be booked together, so your privacy is fully guaranteed during your vacation. A minimum number is not required for bookings, the entire villa is available to you regardless of the number of guests. The 50m ² apartment in the basement offers accommodation for up to four people and consists of a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living area is furnished with a large modern black leather sofa, a television with satellite and cable channels and a dining table and chairs. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, a stove and oven, an extractor hood, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave, coffee machine and a toaster. In one of the two bedrooms there is a double bed and a large closet with enough space for your clothes and your luggage and in the other bedroom there are two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower cubicle as well as a sink, mirror and toilet. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find a 120m² apartment for six people. This consists of a spacious living and dining area, an open kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area is equipped with a very large white leather sofa and matching modern side table, a wall-mounted flat screen TV with satellite, cable channels and USB connection and a state-of-the-art fireplace built into the wall for cooler evenings. Right next to the living area there is a dining table with matching chairs and from there it goes into the open kitchen, which offers a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove, an oven, a stainless steel extractor hood, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave, coffee machine and a toaster. All bedrooms have direct access to a balcony with a panoramic sea view, where you can enjoy the sunrise lying in bed. Two of the four bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, the other two each have a single bed. One of the two bathrooms has a jacuzzi bath with shower attachment, a washbasin and a toilet, and the second bathroom has a shower, a double washbasin with wall mirror, a bidet and a toilet. The living area opens onto the 70m² partially covered balcony, on which there is a large wooden dining table and chairs and which offers a breathtaking view over the bay. There is also a washing machine and dryer, a baby bed and a high chair available, reliable WiFi internet access is provided free of charge.

The living area in the basement leads directly to the 50m² sun terrace with a view over the olive trees in the garden and over the private pool to the sea. On the terrace you will find a large wooden table that can be extended to a long table for up to 12 people, and matching chairs. Here you can enjoy your breakfast at sunrise or long barbecues in the traditional stone oven under the clear starry sky. Let yourself slide into your 8m x 3.5m large overflowing pool and float on the water, enjoy the sea view and leave your worries behind. A shallow area at the end of the pool is ideal for children. There is also an outdoor shower for added convenience. There are two secure parking spaces available on the enclosed grounds.

Your holiday villa is only about 1500m away from a little-visited beach with crystal-clear water, a true paradise for diving, swimming or just carefree sunbathing. Guests who have their own boat will be offered a secure landing at the campsite about 2 km from the villa free of charge. Your landlord will also be happy to organize a rental boat for you, a nearby lighthouse is a popular destination for a boat trip. The town of Labin with famous historical sights and all facilities and attractions that a coastal town has to offer is approximately 14 km from the villa. The nearest shops are about 2 km away. It is recommended that you arrive by car, but if you are without a car, your landlord will always be happy to drive you to the village.
