Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Le Grau-du-Roi, this charming apartment with a surface of 30 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a pretty living room of 16 m ² with space night, of a kitchen equipped, of a room, of a water room and of a balcony. We are waiting for you !

The housing exposed East and West is composed in the following way:
- A living room of 16 m² with TV, sofa, dining area and night space separated by a curtain with bunk beds.
- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony of about 3 m², facing East and West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Le Grau-du-Roi, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to a shopping center at 100 meters, stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Nautical activities : boat trips (sailing lessons, sea trips with a skipper...)
- Horseback riding to admire the Camargue a little closer.
- Visits to cities: Le Grau du Roi, La Grande Motte, Aigues-Mortes, Montpellier etc...
- Mini golf, visit of the seaquarium...

Transportation :
- You can park directly on the private parking outside, numbered from the apartment (1 vehicle).
- Nearest train station: Montpellier Saint-Roch located at approximately 30 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Montpellier Méditerranée located at about 20 minutes by car.

Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot). Price : 50 €.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in supplement (rent and payment to be made with our partner on the spot). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. Single bed kit : 20 € ; double bed kit : 25 € ; towel kit : 15 € / person.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and CN Conciergerie (concierge / housekeeping service).
