Located in the Arrière-Corniche, one of the most historic areas of Concarneau, this beautiful neo-Breton house is particularly appreciated for its easy walking access to the sea and beaches, as well as its proximity to the town centre. The house has been completely redesigned by a team of young Breton architects.



This spacious 124 m² family home will charm you with its generous proportions. As soon as you arrive, you will discover a welcoming entrance hall with plenty of storage cleverly hidden inside a beautiful modern piece of furniture.



You will love spending time in the large living area, which includes a dining space, a lounge and a kitchen equipped with a filter coffee maker. The kitchen is separated from the rest of the room by a beautiful glass partition, which is both stylish and practical, bringing plenty of natural light into the whole space.



Each bedroom has its own warm and unique atmosphere, enhanced by the beautiful wallpaper decorating the walls. Open the doors and choose your favourite bedroom – it certainly won’t be easy, as they are all charming!



For your comfort, the house offers single-level living, with one bedroom on the ground floor and its own private shower room, featuring a very spacious walk-in shower.



For added privacy, the other two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with a sit-down bathtub and a second toilet, are located upstairs.



The charm of an older house can be felt throughout the property. The hallway features fitted cupboards providing plenty of storage space. When I first discovered them, they brought back fond childhood memories of playing hide-and-seek.



Put on your flip-flops or hiking shoes, grab your backpack or beach bag and walk down the street: you will arrive directly at the corniche. From there, you can choose whether to stop at the beach, continue along to join the GR34 coastal hiking trail, or head into the Ville-Close for an ice cream.



The real highlight of this town-centre house is its enclosed garden of more than 400 m², where you can relax and enjoy dinner on the terrace after a day filled with walks and relaxation.



The accommodation is also equipped for families travelling with a baby. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge upon request at the time of booking. To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, these items can be set up in the accommodation before you arrive.

Our concierge service offers bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay: bed linen + bath towel set: €20 per bed.



Bed sizes: 2 beds measuring 160 x 200 cm and 1 bed measuring 90 x 200 cm.

Less than 200 metres from the corniche and its many beaches, and just 700 metres from the town centre, the location offers an exceptional level of convenience.



Restaurants, beaches, shops… you can enjoy all your activities on foot or by bicycle. Leave your car in the courtyard and make the most of your stay.
