Hello Pat, We are so sorry you had issues accessing the Snowcreek Athletic Club during your stay. This Snowcreek phase was allowing free access until the rec area for it was built, which was scheduled to be finished before 1/1/23; however, they were unable to complete the rec center due to the record-breaking snowfall. It seems they did not extend the offer of the Athletic Club accessibility due to this delay or, at least, did not report it to the Athletic Club. Regardless, the rec area specifically for CreekHouse has since been opened for all CreekHouse guest use! We hope you visit again soon! Cheers, The Nomadness Team

Thank you, Kaitlyn! We appreciate you sharing your experience. When our guests inquire about bookings, we send a quote along with a notice that we will be sending communications via email, so the guests know where to find all reservation information. Additionally, once reserved, we immediately send a booking confirmation with linked check-in instructions. These instructions provide a general inventory list and other property information, so our guests can properly prepare for their stays. Within that list, we include information on detergents, shampoos, and conditioners as one travel kit per bathroom. We also report we supply one towel set per guest for the maximum occupancy of each unit. The inventory also advises that this is to be considered a "starter kit" and if additional items are needed, it is the responsibility of the guest. We are sorry you felt shorted in these areas, but we did share the inventory that was provided. Also, we would love the chance to hear from you regarding the kitchen amenities, as this particular property has almost all the bells and whistles you could imagine! We are surprised to hear about the temperature of the unit, as there was a departure that same morning, then housekeeping in the unit, followed by our arrival inspection team within the 6 hours between the previous departure and your arrival. Our inspection team is actually required to turn the heating up so the accommodations are toasty warm for our guest's arrival. Additionally, we cannot have temperatures in the 40s, as this causes pipes to freeze and burst. Regardless, we are sorry to hear you felt the communication was poor with our staff; however, it doesn't seem we had much interaction with your party outside of the requests for early check-in and late check-out. We are sorry we were unable to provide earlier check-in but, as previously mentioned, there were 6 hours for a full departure clean as well as an arrival inspection. We truly appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear you would return. Please reach out to us directly prior to booking y our next stay to inquire about promotional rates for our returning guests.
