This 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom condo is perfect for a large family with kids! The condo has been remodeled with modern touches and convenience in mind. The spacious living room boasts vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV with DVD player, pellet stove, and balcony. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and offers new appliances, granite countertops, and even has quiet closet cabinets and drawers. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom are located downstairs on the entry level. The master bedroom features a queen bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also downstairs has a queen bed also with en-suite bathroom. There is a washer and dryer downstairs for your use. The kids will enjoy having their own private space upstairs in the loft where it features four twin beds, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The Snowflower complex is conveniently located near town and the Snowcreek golf course, making it a perfect getaway Winter or Summer. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more! This condo sleeps up to 10 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 3 stairs to the unit, 3 levels inside the unit, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. (Property Certification #: TOML-CPAN-16671) Unit Code = SNF03

Great place to stay to enjoy the Mammoth ski area! Great location, walkable to the village and close to bus stop. We found some amenities not fully cleaned from the previous renters and we don’t think the floors were cleaned before we got there. We were also missing some linens and were low on towels. Make sure to ask for extra towels when you check in.The house amenities were nice and it was very nice that the space was obviously newly remodeled. All in all, we had a very positive stay, just minor room for improvement!

The house was clean and as described. The sofa bed is comfortable for one person but not sure if two people can fit comfortably. We had no sheets for the sofa bed but we called the office and they provided sheets and extra towels right away. The spa/pool is a few minutes walking from the house. In the snow and ice that could be a bit unpleasant but not a big deal. Just be aware that you may have to walk outside or drive to get to the spa. Lastly, the place was very close to ski resort (less than 5 minutes drive to the Eagle Lodge)

My family enjoyed our stay here as it was central to all of the landmarks we wanted to visit. Our kids enjoyed the on-site pool. We would definitely book this place again!

In general the place provided a comfortable stay, but there were issues with the listing accuracy and condition/cleanliness that need to be addressed and that the property management group would not address ( so I was left without solutions while in Mammoth). Positives: remodel was done well, steps to shuttle, hot tubs were great, property in pretty good shape, Negatives: NOT a three bedroom (two bedroom and a loft) and people in loft have to go downstairs to the bathroom and there is no door to the loft so it is not a bedroom, black ants everywhere within the property, place was certainly dusty with lots of dust in untracked areas, grill is 100% broken and needs to be replaced (we finally got it working after hooking up a new shorter can of propane and propping it up with a bag of wood pellets), no instructions on TV, had to pick up keys even though there is a keyless entry system, biggest disappointment is that nobody took responsibility for the listing inaccuracy while in Mammoth because the property management company said the listing inaccuracy was the owner’s issue.

Reunion Fishing trip

Accomadations were adequate except when I read the listing it said 3 bedrooms and loft, when I got there only 2 bedrooms and loft, small disappointment, but we made it work. Great experiences will definitely return, thanks.

Best BNB Stay in Mammoth

We typically visit Mammoth once or twice a year and this was by far one of the best stay we had. Unfortunately, we picked the hottest weekend in California but the property manager was nice enough to drop some fans. We struggled a bit with the light switches and there was one light we were not able to find the switch for.

It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, in a great location, and had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again! It is very rare to find properties this clean. If you are someone who has high standards for cleanliness, this is your place.

Great Location If You Like Peace & Quiet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed the floor plan and location of this unit. Overall good amenities. I would have liked to have had the kitchen better stocked. Also, the cleaning job could have been better, and there were a few things in the unit that either didn't work or needed to be fixed (I notified Mammoth Reservations of these). However, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying in this unit again. Thank you Mammoth Reservations for being easy to communicate with.

Horrible Experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: • Did you have a good overall stay?o Absolutely not. We did not have functional kitchen for 3 days. It was horrible. • Was the vacation rental in a great location?o Yes.• Was the home clean and in good shape?o Place was filthy! Dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. All plates/cups/silverware was put away dirty. We rewashed everything o Furniture is falling apart. Bench at dinner table I actually fixed the one leg. o Sectional couch is broken. Sections do not connect. Couch slides all over the floor. My wife actually fell off the couch (sectional separated as she sat down – she hit the floor)o No hot water on the last day we were there. We home to Los Angeles to shower. Drove home un showered. • Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? o No o My concerns were dismissed and minimized. o Insufficient financial consideration

Not a lot of Bang for your Buck

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has a lot of nice finishes and the remodel was very nice. However, it wasn't worth the amount of money we paid for it. We had a family trip over Thanksgiving and my brother stayed in the exact same layout & sq. ft. and they paid $200 less per night than we did. As we were the ones who would be hosting Thanksgiving dinner, we paid more because of the extra room in the kitchen and extra seating. However, the small couch along the TV wall wasn't even there, which took away three extra places to sit. The Fireplace didn't work half the time and when it did work, the fire was very weak and gave off very little heat. The kitchen had only one baking sheet and very little kitchen equipment. We have stayed in many condos in Mammoth over the years and this was the scarcest kitchen in terms of basic kitchen essentials we have ever stayed in. We have young children and the loft was great for them, however, when they made a mess there was no broom and only an old vacuum that didn't work well. The floors were extremely dirty. We took our shoes off the entire time and yet my socks and baby's hands were always black. The curtains in the loft didnt work as well so in the early morning the kids were awake with the sun which is not what you want on vacation.

Clean housing, with a few bumps for a ski trip

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! The facilities looked as pictured, and it was all clean. The parking was also pretty easy, as we could choose any spot in the parking lot as long as we displayed the parking passes. The red line shuttle to the ski mountain was only a short walk away, especially for unit #3.On the negative side, there were many huge ants in the ground floor (where two of the bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the washer/dryer are located). When we contacted the host, they provided some spray to kill the ants, but it was still unsettling, and probably more to do with the weather than anything else.In addition, we came specifically for a ski trip, and were only informed upon arrival that the condo's owner did not allow guests to use the ski locker, so we had to keep all our equipment inside. We could have checked this in advance, but assumed it would be available for use. There was also little space to put on ski/snowboard boots considering this unit can hold 10 people, but we made it work by just getting up earlier.Communication with Mammoth Reservations was overall good, but inconsistent (each time I got a response, it seemed like a new person was typing). I'd asked several months in advance if we could request a third parking pass, and they replied that I should check closer to the visit. A few days before, they said that there was no third pass, but street parking would be available as well as a parking lot by the stores nearby. The day of the trip, I messaged them to confirm, and they let me know that there was not any street parking available, and the parking lot would be quite expensive. We ended up not needing the third car anyway, but would have had a very frustrating experience if so.
