Sehr schöne Wohnung, nette Anbieter

Saubere Wohnung, sehr gut geeignet auch für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Direkt neben der Wohnung anschließender Garten darf auch benutzt werden. Liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung ca. 20 Minuten fussläufig vom Meer entfernt. Sehr nette, freundliche Anbieterfamilie, bei denen wir uns an der Stelle nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken. Hat alles mit Buchung und Abwicklung sehr gut funktioniert und kann man, wenn für einen die Entfernung zum Meer in Ordnung ist, nur empfehlen.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Die Vermieterin war freundlich. Auch sie konnte nicht verstehen, dass für die Wohnung 100,00 € Mietpreis verlangt wurde. - Der Syffon im Bad roch permanent nach Kloake, obwohl wir täglich Wasser hinein füllten. Der Ablauf der Dusche war verstopft. Das Wasser lief sehr schlecht ab. Es gab keinen Wohnbereich. Lediglich ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und ein TV mit nur kroatischen Sendern befand sich im Küchenbereich. Klimaanlage fehlte. Komfort der Wohnung gleich Null, gemessen am Mietpreis von 100,00 € pro Tag.
