The house was well located and quiet. It was just as pictured in the listing. Many of the linens had a noticeable scent. Also when we arrived the house smelled strongly of cleaning products.

I remembered you ask about wash detergent - we must have used dryer sheets to create a scent. Your arrival was the same day as someone checking out. The cleaning girls had just left when you arrived. I've never had a subpar review for being "too clean" If you stay again, remind me of allergies and sensitivities

We were in town for an event at Samford University. The location was very close to the school! Wonderful house - very clean and roomy. There were six of us and there was plenty of space for everyone. Our hostess was fantastic and very quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this home especially if you are visiting a Samford student!

Excellent location to the golf courses in the area, very clean house with great kitchen and plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. for making meals at home in the evening after golf, I would highly recommend this property for your foursome.

We have a fabulous variety: Broadway series, hiking, olympians train here for biking, Robert Trent Jones golf trail plus dozens of other courses. Beautiful Lakes for fishing and water sports. Our Chef's have won the prestigious James Bearden award! Music festivals, dog parks, sports and civil rights museums... I could go on and on! If you are interested in something, please ask me! Why they chose this property

This home was built in 2019 - appx 75 homes in a new neighborhood. One level home with an open floor plan. Minutes to shopping, restaurants, airport etc. There is a 2 car garage to park in and take a quick Uber ride downtown. Want to stay home and relax? There is a grill plus fully appointed kitchen. Upgraded wifi so multiple users can be on at the same time. Yard for a small pet.

What makes this property unique

Location Location! That is why I purchased this property. Many guest have commented on the convenient proximity to so many places and things. Ross Bridge resort for weddings and golf, Samford University, UA and UAB, various major hospitals, the airport and Robert Trent Jones golf is 5 minutes away.
