The courtyard with oversized hot tub are offered on days where you do not even want to leave the house a feeling of security. This exclusive Villa in a prime location is equipped with every comfort, a large, illuminated pool area with south facing elegant terrace surrounded by a tropical garden.

Excellent Villa is perfect for families due to the proximity to the water park 'SunSplash'.

There are six chairs, eight garden chairs and a gas grill.

The bedrooms and the respective associated bathrooms are spacious and designed exclusively so that all residents can feel equally comfortable.

Rental price for 2 adults per week + tax

Any additional person $ 140.- per week + tax

The 4th bedroom which is the separate Cabana/Suite opens from an occupancy of 6 person. For occupancy of less than 6 person the Cabana/Suite can be booked optional for $ 280.- + tax per week plus cleaning $ 50.- + tax on request.

Final Cleaning $ 220.- + tax

Wonderful stay

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room and the pool and spa was great. The property manager was really nice and responsive. Would recommend staying here.

Perfect Getaway!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property manager was very kind and very responsive. We did have an issue with one of the appliances during our stay, but it was resolved within 3 days. The house and amenities were amazing and the entire family enjoyed the trip.

Loved the giant spa!

This space was perfect for our family. We had 3 adults, 1 teen and 2 children. We spent the majority of our time hanging out at the house and enjoying the large pool and huge spa! The cabana was a nice perk as well. House was well stocked. Property manager was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had come up.

Disappointed with our stay

Although "whirlpool" is in the title of the add, we arrived to find that the whirlpool was not operational. Minor repairs were made on the third day of our stay, but it took another day until we could use it so we were without use of it for 3 1/2 days. The home well-equipped, but we found the mattresses on two of the king beds uncomfortable. Lots of street noise from one of Cape Coral's busiest streets just a few yards away. Will not rent this house again.

Overall great stay

Check in was easy, sent message to the owner about no hot water the morning after we checked in and he never responded, thank goodness for Peter the manager, he got the maintance man called and he came out 30 mins after contacting and temporarily fixed due to needing a new water element. On Thursday morning went to shower no hot water again. Maintance can again put in new hot water element. BUT at check out we ended up paying. $70.00 EXTRA for the usage. No reason. 2 people should use $70.00 in 6 days, except when the hot water heater has to be warmed up 2 times after going out. Great location and neighborhood quiet.

Read the fine print

The location was great as it was within walking distance to the splash park, mini-golf & publix grocery. The house is beautiful offering a very large jacuzzi spa & pool. The banana tree & coconut tree along the canal gave a wonderful tropical feel. BEWARE of all the add on charges. The house lists as a four bedroom. The house itself is a 3-bed with an OPTIONAL 4th bedroom for an additional charge plus an additional cleaning fee. There are extra fees for electricity which have to be paid in cash or check at checkout, extra fees if the grill or oven are dirty. extra fees if you have an overnight guest (thankfully we did not). Be prepared to purchase all necessities, as items like toilet paper, laundry soap, bath soap, dishwasher pods, paper towel, napkins, garbage bags, etc are minimalistic by design. Because of several issues too numerous to list, we would not have booked this house nor do we plan to rent from this host again.

GREAT RETURN !!

About two years since our last wonderful stay at your beautiful Villa Excellent. We have to commit that meanwhile lot’s of gorgeous things happened there which make em even more beautiful and attractive as it already was. By remodeling the living room, changes in the dining the area, equiped master/living+cottage with XL screens - incredible and many other nice little things inside too. Also now the comfortable grip option. But over all, for us, the impressive outside news - the amazing Captains Walk - which runs right into the deck (was already there) on the canal, now even new and very awesome with a tiki hut. So cute, and a pur invitation to have a seat on the authentic fitting bamboo chairs to enjoy the spirit of these relaxing moments. Just be there. Again we had a great time and can’t await our, hopefully sooner, next visit. Thank you so much A.+Family

Our first vacation in 20 years

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. I spent most of my time in the hot tub it's was huge. Ohhh and the tub in the master was amazing. I also loved that the music played thru a speaker system thru out the house.

A wonderful place to stay

This was an overall wonderful experience. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful and we had everything we needed. Shortly after we arrived, Ralf arrived to check us in. Everything was clean and we felt comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and especially liked the small spa area as it was quiet and peaceful. Our bedroom was comfortable and my daughter enjoyed having a king size bed in her room too. Having a refrigerator with an ice maker was fantastic for all of our daily drinks and for filling our water bottles before heading to the beach. We had everything we needed and were able to just relax and enjoy our time together. :-)

Wonderful home!

We loved our week in the villa. The house, pool, and spa were amazing. One thing I did not realize is that it is the dry season here in Cape Coral as I'm not from Florida and the water was very low in the freshwater canal. This was not at all a problem for us, just an FYI if this is important to you. We would love to stay here again.

March 2022 vacation

Everything lived up to what we were expecting. The layout of the house was amazing. We had 6 adults and it was almost as if each couple had their own wing of the house. We were very comfortable. The property managers responded in a timely fashion when I texted some questions about the hot tub and came over to help us a few hours later that day. The location is amazing.

Great week

We celebrated my in-laws 50th anniversary, and the property was exactly what we were looking for. The house is open and bright, and the whole property was great. We experienced a few small 'issues' during the week, but Peter and Inge (property managers) were able to take care of those issues quickly, and we all really enjoyed our time.

Great Property

We had a great time at this property. Pictures and description accurately show property. Pool was great. House was clean. Kitchen contained everything we needed. Beds were comfortable! Located very close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. Walking distance to bowling and mini golf. Even caught a few fish off the dock. Would definitely stay again. Note the drive to the beach (Fort Meyers Beach) is about 40 minutes, just something to be aware of. We had a great time!

This house is exactly as advertised! Beautiful pool, hot tub, and yard/dock with canal access. Great communication with property managers. Wonderful experience. Just be careful to shut off the hot tub when not in use, so it doesn’t run up the electricity bill :)
