We are always very grateful for any constructive criticism. Upon arrival early Saturday evening you have massively complained to us that the hot tub is not pre heated. For this purpose you were told that this service can be booked, but it was not ordered by you. On Sunday morning the check in was done by my property manager. Here also the new pool heater was turned on by him which is able to heat the hot tub within a few hours. The hot tub was to use from Sunday late afternoon on a daily basis and according to power consumption indication thereof was obviously made in accordance with use. The following week, my property manager was there again. Despite demand was made at this time no complaints. Even when you checked out was no complaint. This is particularly regrettable since complained actual defects from us, if possible, be removed immediately to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The you mentioned refund we hold, regardless of the review which has previously announced, is inappropriate. Every other guest that has stayed here has never complained, or had any problems with noise and has had a great time. Some have returned more than once because they enjoyed it so much.

After receiving your complaint mail (hot water), we immediately forwarded it to our reliable property manager on site and the maintenace man was activated, who subsequently fixed the damage. The nature and extent of the repair can only be judged by the repairer. Unfortunately, 4 days later another repair/renewal had to be done. On both repair days, no change in electricity consumption was noticeable. According to the agreement, the electricity is measured and billed for the time of the stay, according to personal consumption and on the basis of the electricity meter. For the basic supply you will receive the weekly electricity free amount.We apologize for the technical failure and the inconvenience caused by it.

As your descriptions are not comprehensible to us, I would like to clarify the following: All costs incurred as well as all rental-relevant circumstances are explicitly listed in the advertisement, i.e. even before booking, as well as in the rental contract and can be read by anyone. We have been renting for 11 years now, but so far no guest has complained about missing or insufficient necessities such as toilet paper etc. or is surprised about having to clean the barbecue or oven themselves after use, as otherwise, of course, the contractually announced fees would be incurred. It is normal in the rental sector that the tenant refills the provided consumables himself after used up. On the other hand, it is not normal not to declare any (major) damage caused by you and, on top of that, to try to conceal it and not to bring it to the attention of our property management when checking out. We also do not consider it normal to scream so disrespectfully at our property manager during check-out. It is also not normal for us that you deliberately break the rental contract and violate the terms and conditions by over-occupying our house with 3 more persons without registering and paying. We look forward to welcoming guests in the future in a spirit of respect and trust. We therefore understand and welcome your decision to no longer be one of them.

After consultation with our property management, a broken door lock (living room door) was claimed by you, checked the same day and renewed the next day. During your stay as well as at check out there were no further complaints according to our property management.
