Dear holiday makers,
We rent our beautiful new flat in the heart of the Marine de Sant'Ambroggio, between Calvi and Ile Rousse in the Balagne region, Corsica.
The Marine de Sant'Ambroggio is located in a wooded environment, along the beach. It offers numerous water sports activities and is an ideal starting point thanks to its marina for discovering the Balagne region between the sea and the mountains, including the start of the GR20.
From the Marine, you can discover beautiful natural sites such as the Revelatta point, the Agriates desert, the Saint Florent golf course and the Cap Corse, the Porto golf course, the Scandola reserve and the famous Piana creeks.
The flat is fully equipped and is located at 200 meters walking distance from the sandy beach of the port of Sant Ambroggio and its shops (supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, diving club, boat rental...). Several parking spaces are located at the foot of the flat
It is composed of :
- Main room with equipped kitchen and living room with sofa bed.
- 2 beautiful bedrooms with access to the terrace
- 2 large shower rooms, 1 with access for disabled people and 2 toilets.
- Large terrace of 60mÂČ with sea and mountain view.
Reversible air conditioning (hot/cold) in the main room and the 2 bedrooms.
The accommodation is located 100 metres from the port and its shops and 200 metres from 2 beautiful beaches.
Sleeping arrangements :
- Room "Oblade": 160 cm bed.
- Room "A Mureda" : 2 beds of 90 cm with mattress overlay (if needed) to make a bed of 180 cm.
- Sofa bed: 140 cm bed.
Prices according to the seasons to be seen on the calendar.
Possibility to rent from 3 nights except July, August and September (1 week minimum)
*For an arrival day other than Saturday, possible if available, please contact me*.
Other remarks
You will be welcomed on your arrival, given the keys, presentation of the accommodation and a welcome gift!
A shopping service (DRIVE) is available on request.
Linen rental (sheets, towels and tea towel) is 35 ⏠for 2 persons.
Baby kit rental (sheets, bed, high chair) is 30âŹ.
Cleaning during the stay is also possible for 60 âŹ.
Deposit: 1000⏠to be paid on the day of your arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
