Come and discover this luxurious 135m² duplex right on the waterfront, part of a rare and confidential location. The Bay of Angels is one of the most beautiful bays in Northern Finistère. Between you and the sea, there is only a window to open... This apartment is classified as a 4-star holiday rental.



The Space:

At level 0, you will discover 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. You will also discover a sumptuous master suite with its dressing room, toilets, island bathtub and shower.

At level minus one, the living space of 70m², fully equipped kitchen with central island, solid wood table, cosy sofas, 4x2m bay window opening onto the terrace overlooking the sea.

Whether you return from a walk or a swim, everything is designed in this large apartment to make you feel comfortable. We have designed this accommodation as a cosy and upscale place where tranquillity and relaxation are the key words.

At 2, 4 or 6, you will have space. Open the window, open your eyes, and breathe!



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the accommodation works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

Wow - The photos do not disappoint!

The photos do not disappoint! The property was wonderful and imaculately presented. Access is via a communal hallway with passcode protected access to both the hall and the apartment. Bedrooms were on the ground floor with stairs down to the main open-plan living area (with laundry room) and access onto the long verandah going out over the water which was furnished with chairs. The Kitchen is very well equipped with high-end appliances and utensils. This was a wonderful place to watch the boats passing in front of the property.The main bedroom with statement bath and walk-in shower, walk-in wardrobe and toilet was huge with a large, comfortable bed from which you could enjoy the views over the water. There was a slightly smaller double room also overlooking the water and a twin room overlooking the road.We accessed the property without any problems, and the agents arrived a few minutes later (who had been so helpful). Detailed information was sent to us in advance by the agents regarding the local area and the property itself.Parking on our arrival was a little difficult due to a public holiday, but there is public parking to the side of the property.We had a wonderful stay here, and spent each day exploring the area and its wonderful scenery, beaches and villages. This really is an exceptional property and fabulous views and sunsets.

Séjour des pieds dans l'eau

Nous avons tout apprécié, le lieu d'une beauté avec ca superbe déco, tout est de qualité à l’intérieur y compris tout le nécessaire de cuisine. Tout était propre, vraiment rien à redire. Merci au Mr pour son accueil lors de la visite de l'appartement. Mettre des plaides à disposition pour le canapé ou pour aller le soir trainer sur la terrasse serait top.

The place to be dans le Finistère !

La situation exceptionnelle, tous les équipements de la maison, la literie au top ! Un éclairage dans l'escalier est indispensable ! Un petit coup sur les vitres avant notre arrivée ne serait pas un luxe...

Bonjour Stephane, Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire, nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez énormément apprécié votre séjour ! nous prenons en compte votre remarque concernant l'éclairage dans l'escalier, nous remontons l'information au propriétaire. Concernant la propreté des fenêtres, elles ont été nettoyées quelques jours avant votre séjour mais la proximité de la merqui n'est qu'à 2m et le vent ramènent tout de suite les embruns sur les baies vitrées. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau dans ce logement !

Les ondes téléphones passent mal car les murs de cette bâtisse sont très épais mais il suffit de mettre les appels en wifi et on se retrouve immédiatement connectés de nouveau :) Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau dans l'un de nos logements !
