Loved that this place was in the middle of both wine trails. Hot tub was great to use at the end of the night. Sunsets were amazing and we really enjoyed the quiet of the area.

This place was wonderful--clean, had everything, and was close to where we wanted to go. The host was also incredible and answered all of our questions quickly. We will likely try to stay there anytime we are in the area.

My daughter and I were in town for a couple nights to enjoy some hiking trails at Giant City and Shawnee, and the great wine trail through the area. We were so happy to be staying at such a comfortable, clean home located in such a great location for all of that. The bathroom is large and has 2 sinks and plenty of counter and drawer space. We really liked that this property was set in a quiet area with a lot of land around it. We were able to bring our small dog too, which was really nice. Would definitely stay here again for future visits.

We really enjoyed the hot tub! We both have bad backs, and really needed it after our long drive. We also truly appreciated that we were allowed to check in a bit early!! Our hosts were quick to respond. The property was great, had all we needed for our stay- we hope to return.

Very clean, quiet and cozy place. No problems with any of the amenities of the property. The location is private and somewhat secluded. We didn't see anyone else around, and the street was free of cars/traffic driving by.

Had a very relaxing stay here. Property was spotless, beds were comfortable, setting was peaceful. Even though the weather was fairly cold and very windy, the hot tub was a perfect end to the days. Everyone in town was very friendly and welcoming. The area is very beautiful even in winter, so I can only imagine how it is in spring.Very close to Giant City State Park which has some gorgeous and well maintained hiking trails. We had dinner at the lodge which was very cozy.

Overall the stay was okay. The sofa definitely needs to be replaced. Also, the mattresses in both bedrooms were not at all firm and were squeaky. The kitchen was adequately furnished with the necessities. We could not get the TVs in the bedrooms to connect to the wi fi at all and we lost connectivity to the wi fi on the living room tv on the second day and was never able to get it to work again. I contacted the host who tried to assist via text, but was not successful in resolving the issue, nor did the host offer to assist physically or verify that the problem was resolved.
