New beds with very comfortable mattresses! All linens are luxurious high thread count.
Stunning 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom House with an Office on 2 very private acres, with 600 feet on Slope Creek. The living room (with a 40" Flat Screen TV) overlooks a waterfall on the creek.
Very spacious home. Two (2) Kitchens, with the main kitchen (chefs) totally renovated high end with a Viking range and all extras.
The house features a master bedroom with a king size bed and a 50" Flat Screen T; a guest bedroom with two (2) twin beds, a second guest bedroom with two (2) twin beds, a third guest bedroom with a queen size bed and an office. Also, there are 2 air beds. We spent $25K on renovating all 3 bathrooms in 2020.
One car garage is attached to the house. 2 more spots for parking. We are not allowing more that 3 cars parked on the property.
All utilities are included. WIFI.

This home is NOT available for rent as a party space. No loud music will be tolerated. This home is intended for small groups, professional or family gatherings only.
NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY! Violators will vacate the property without any refund.
NO parking on the cul de sac. 2 cars can be parked at the property plus 1 car in a garage. Total: 3 Cars. Pet Fee $250 per stay or per month (long term rent).
By booking our property guests agree to our Non Smoking Policy and a $500 Smoking Fine Fee.

Spacious and great view

The kitchen was very modern and nicely remodeled, the view of the creek was peaceful and beautiful. The living areas were nice. The bottom floor bed was small and the mattress had a deep groove in the center and was difficult for two adults to sleep in, but the upstairs beds were better. The lowest level patio would have been nice to use in the morning, but although there were chairs, it was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. There were no kitchen towels or sink stoppers to wash dishes. And there were not enough towels for the 8 of us. Thankfully we brought a beach towel and were able to wash our own towels and we brought a stack of wash cloths. My biggest complaint is with the bathrooms. The shower head and faucet handles were falling off, the bathrooms weren’t particularly clean, there was no countertop space for make up, toothbrush, or any other beauty supplies, and the toilets would barely flush. The air conditioning downstairs (basement) would freeze you out, while the upper two floors were hot and never cooled well. In the master bath, if you ran a blow dryer, the breaker would trip. Altogether our stay in the home was pleasant, but it definitely needs some upgrades and fixes.

We take comments and suggestions of our guests very seriously. I am always available to our guests and address ANY issues they might have IMMEDIATELY. We provide a kitchen towel, a paper towel, a sponge, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. A sink stopper is always located under the sink. After this review, I went to the property and counted 11 big towels not including smaller towels. Also, we provide some cloth detergent so they could be cleaned as needed. If I knew Angel was missing any towels during their stay, I would have brought extra towels the very next day. I have just bought 2 extra towels. Before our guests come to visit us, I personally inspect the property to ensure that it is well cleaned. I believe that the bathrooms were clean. Unfortunately, I would never know that any shower heads or faucet handlers were falling off if I am not notified about it by our guests. Again, I would have them fixed immediately if only Angel called or texted me. Btw, It has been fixed already. I am so sorry, but I cannot make 2 of our bathrooms bigger to include more counter space. A master bathroom upstairs has a double sink cabinet and it has much more counterspace than our 2 bathrooms on the lower levels. For more comfort, there is an AC window unit installed in the master bedroom. The downstairs temperature can be regulated by closing vents. I usually keep the vents open but it is very easy to just close them to regulate the temperature in the house. The master bathroom has GFCI breakers which are next to the double sink cabinet. They are there for the safety reasons. We have replaced them just in case. We have just water pressured all our 3 decks and furniture. I am very sorry if they were not to your standards. The mattress downstairs has been replaced as well. I travel quite a lot and stay at hotels often. There are always some issues, even at a 5 star hotels. You just need to call a receptionist to have it fixed. I am a receptionist at my property, and I assure you, every single issue will be addressed immediately. I will do anything for our guests to enjoy our property.

Great but does need updating

Our stay was great. The property and neighborhood are beautiful. The inside of the house was very dated. Something to consider. The house has so much potential!

Perfect location!

We rented the house to be close to the venue where my daughter was getting married. The house was wonderful and has plenty of room for everyone in the bridal party. It was decorated very well and very clean. We all enjoyed our stay!

We were absolutely charmed with this beautiful hideaway!

This home is charming and peaceful. We were thoroughly impressed. Rustic charm with a twist of modern. Came equipped with cooking utensils, furnished throughout, and a great view. It was nice waking up and falling asleep to the nearby creek noise. Slept all 7 members of my family comfortably. Residence is close to major attractions. Thank you

Beautiful pictures but very dated house

The pictures on the listing make the house seem very luxurious and updated. The truth is that the finishings are very old and the house is rotting away. For the price, we were not impressed. We enjoy staying together as a family and understand that a large home will have a large price tag, but we hope to stay in a home that is clean, modern, and well furnished. The carpet on the stairs and in the upstairs bedroom is very old and dirty, the water system needs a filter for all the sediment and brown tint, the mattresses are uncomfortable, the downstairs is freezing cold because the fireplace flue is broken and won't close properly, and the oven has a terrible gas smell when you turn it on. This house does not reflect the cost. The location is nice, the creek behind the house is beautiful, and there are 4 bedroom areas. We would not be interested in staying in this home again.

Gorgeous Creek in the Backyard!

Our families had a great time! The kids LOVED fishing in the backyard and caught a mess of brim (catch and release). The house has been updated, but could use some more updates. Also, the downstairs area (basement area) got very cold at night. We visited The Georgia Aquarium (25 minutes away) and Stone Mountain (40 minutes away) during our stay.

It was absolutely perfect

My brother-in-law died and we had family from PA, NC, and FL all coming for the funeral. As our family had multiple deaths in short period of time, we felt we needed time together and a home large enough to hold all of us would be perfect. This house met those need and more. It was so beautiful the widow and her daughter kept visiting us for meals and to talk about her husband. The two levels allowed for privacy when we needed it. The setting was was quiet, serene and we took so many quiet walks! If it was not so cold we would have sat on the deck too! Stay here, it is so perfect!

Needs renovation !!

The kitchen is poorly equipped. The carpet is badly stained and basically disgusting!! The furniture is very worn and in need of replacement. During my stay the house had multiple leaks and the hot tub doesn't work. Unless it's been renovated which the description does not mention, this house is not in good shape !!

The renter stayed at the property a year ago. She did make the comments to us when she was there. We took her comments VERY seriously! I am happy to say that we have re-carpeted every carpeted room, repainted the house, purchased all new beds and have ordered new living room furniture. The house had been in rentals for 4 years and was past due for a rehab. We are pleased to say the house has never looked better and currently has a Hollywood Movie crew residing at the house. We have contracted the house out with a number of movie production companies and they LOVE it because of the tranquil surrounding's and privacy. We have actually had on two occasions had offers to have the house part of the movie, but in respect to the wonderful neighborhood we are in, declined. I stayed here for work for a month.Home was amazing. Owner always was always very helpful. He even sent his maintance man over to clean driveway, check gas in grill etc. worth every cent. I will be back soon. I will not stay anywhere else if this home is open. Thank you again for a great stay.

We spent a week in this pristine estate. We thought we were in the mountains and the city was just minutes away. The house was immaculate and we have already booked for next year. I have stayed in many vrbo properties and this is the find of the year. Mike Hill
