About this property

All Bathrooms just renovated!
New beds with very comfortable mattresses! All linens are luxurious high thread count.
Stunning 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom House with an Office on 2 very private acres, with 600 feet on Slope Creek. The living room (with a 40" Flat Screen TV) overlooks a waterfall on the creek.
Very spacious home. Two (2) Kitchens, with the main kitchen (chefs) totally renovated high end with a Viking range and all extras.
The house features a master bedroom with a king size bed and a 50" Flat Screen T; a guest bedroom with two (2) twin beds, a second guest bedroom with two (2) twin beds, a third guest bedroom with a queen size bed and an office. Also, there are 2 air beds. We spent $25K on renovating all 3 bathrooms in 2020.
One car garage is attached to the house. 2 more spots for parking. We are not allowing more that 3 cars parked on the property.
All utilities are included. WIFI.

This home is NOT available for rent as a party space. No loud music will be tolerated. This home is intended for small groups, professional or family gatherings only.
NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY! Violators will vacate the property without any refund.
NO parking on the cul de sac. 2 cars can be parked at the property plus 1 car in a garage. Total: 3 Cars. Pet Fee $250 per stay or per month (long term rent).
By booking our property guests agree to our Non Smoking Policy and a $500 Smoking Fine Fee.
Early check in fee (not guaranteed) $75.

Great but does need updating

Our stay was great. The property and neighborhood are beautiful. The inside of the house was very dated. Something to consider. The house has so much potential!

Perfect location!

We rented the house to be close to the venue where my daughter was getting married. The house was wonderful and has plenty of room for everyone in the bridal party. It was decorated very well and very clean. We all enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and great view

The kitchen was very modern and nicely remodeled, the view of the creek was peaceful and beautiful. The living areas were nice. The bottom floor bed was small and the mattress had a deep groove in the center and was difficult for two adults to sleep in, but the upstairs beds were better. The lowest level patio would have been nice to use in the morning, but although there were chairs, it was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. There were no kitchen towels or sink stoppers to wash dishes. And there were not enough towels for the 8 of us. Thankfully we brought a beach towel and were able to wash our own towels and we brought a stack of wash cloths. My biggest complaint is with the bathrooms. The shower head and faucet handles were falling off, the bathrooms weren’t particularly clean, there was no countertop space for make up, toothbrush, or any other beauty supplies, and the toilets would barely flush. The air conditioning downstairs (basement) would freeze you out, while the upper two floors were hot and never cooled well. In the master bath, if you ran a blow dryer, the breaker would trip. Altogether our stay in the home was pleasant, but it definitely needs some upgrades and fixes.

We were absolutely charmed with this beautiful hideaway!

This home is charming and peaceful. We were thoroughly impressed. Rustic charm with a twist of modern. Came equipped with cooking utensils, furnished throughout, and a great view. It was nice waking up and falling asleep to the nearby creek noise. Slept all 7 members of my family comfortably. Residence is close to major attractions. Thank you
