Large Family house located in a golf course community. This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with an open floor plan, yet has private areas for those seeking a little seclusion to hang out and relax. Perfect for larger families with two living spaces and two dining spaces. Furnished tastefully and containing supplies and amenities, we try to provide most of the everyday the items that you’ll need.

The backyard has a large saltwater pool surrounded by a deck.

This house is located in a quiet family subdivision that is close to all of the grocery stores, restaurants and shopping that you would like.

If you are a spots fan, this location is perfect for you since we’re conveniently located close to l-75. Suntrust Plaza, home of the Braves is about 5 miles away, the Mercedes Benz stadium is about 12 miles away down l-75.

If you want to take in a show - Cobb Energy Center is is 4 miles away, the Fox Theatre along with Midtown and Downtown are about 14 miles away.

Great Host - Home was Peaceful and Spacious

A big thank you to our host who was gracious and super responsive. The home was in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood with a variety of restaurants nearby. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the bright and airy sunroom overlooking the pool. A great place to have your morning coffee. Our host and the home exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this home again for futures trips to the area.

Great area

Nice house and location. Was convenient to most major attractions in Atlanta. House was better in person than pictures online. Saltwater pool was a big hit with the kids and a must in the hot Atlanta summer!

Couldn’t ask for more — perfect house

We stayed here during July of 2019. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautifully furnished, well-kept and well-stocked. Our family was spoiled in every way. Will certainly book again!

Beautiful home in Atlanta

My family and I visited Atlanta this pass weekend for vacation. We enjoyed the home. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The home is nicely decorated and spacious. The owner is very nice and a pleasure to meet. If you're are looking for a home to rent (while visiting Atlanta) in really nice neighborhood, this is the home for you. Great place for family and friends.

Met and Exceeded Expectations

Property Manager was helpful and courteous. Property was conveniently located, clean and well-appointed with plenty of lounging space. Attractions (MLB Baseball stadium and shopping venues) were close, yet this residential neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Perfect for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend and will seek this listing first when staying in this area in the future.

I’ll be back!

I loved staying at Carin’s place. Very well-appointed and maintained. Looks just like the pix. I stayed with my family and we’ll be back in the summer when the pool opens
