This cabin studio has everything you need, including a washing machine and an equipped kitchen. With an area of 27 m2, the studio is suitable for up to 4 people, the ideal being 2 adults and 2 children, the upper bed of the bunk beds of the cabin (with window) being not suitable for children under 6 years of age (Article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995). There is a convertible sofa in the living room. There is also a bathroom with toilet. A fan is located on the ceiling of the living room. You can enjoy the terrace with a blind to protect yourself from the sun. Guaranteed friendly times. In the summer early evening, you will enjoy the flights of pink Flemish who pass over the residence. Free parking is available nearby. You can only smoke outside.The cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the rental amount but are available for additional on-site or pre-order if needed.A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee). As far as the swimming pool is concerned, it will be open subject to sanitary conditions. The Agency is relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a decision by the resident trustee or competent authorities to close the basins. No reimbursement or compensation can then be claimed.Within 2 minutes on foot, golf enthusiasts can enjoy the golf course with 2 18-hole courses and 1 6-hole course, for which you will benefit from 20% discount on green fees on presentation of your rental contract. The seafront location of the Grande Motte means you can sting a head at any time of the day.
