L'etable - ORX - Gîte

Welcome to Orx, a small village on the Landes coast, close to the ocean and at the gateway to the Basque Country and Spain. A visit to the nature reserve is a must. You'll discover a preserved, peaceful environment and be able to observe the rich and varied local flora and fauna. Here, you'll also appreciate the serenity of the setting as well as the proximity to the beaches, the dunes, golf courses, bike paths, and the forest. L'Etable is a gîte housed in a traditional old house dating from 1763 (divided into four apartments) that has preserved the building's historical features while combining the modern comforts necessary for your stay. This vacation rental is attached to three year-round properties and features independent access and a private, enclosed garden, providing privacy with garden furniture and a barbecue. The ground floor comprises a living room with a dining area, a lounge (4K TV, Wi-Fi), an open-plan equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, extractor hood, dishwasher), a bedroom (1 queen-size bed), a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a pantry (washing machine). The upper floor consists of two further attic bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) with direct access to the balcony, and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. Complete baby equipment is available: a travel cot, bathtub, booster seat, high chair, changing mat, and a safety gate for the stairs.
