A break in the market square is a must. Here, a change of scenery is guaranteed for nature lovers. Rent bikes to explore the Côte Landes Nature cycle paths that run through the maritime pine forests. The garden-side cottage nestles on the edge of the lake and the hiking trail and is located on the upper floor of the owner's house. A fitted living room-kitchen (a top-mounted refrigerator, oven, two induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, and multifunction oven) offers a small balcony-terrace with garden furniture. The cottage has two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds), a bathroom (shower, sink, radiator), and a separate toilet. Electric heating (heating package from October to the end of April), shared washing machine in the ground floor pantry. Access via a private outdoor staircase. Balcony-terrace with garden furniture and an electric grill. Adjoining the owner's property below, there is another cottage upstairs and another on the ground floor. The property is gated. Private parking in front of the house. When the weather is nice, a wide range of water sports and outdoor leisure activities are available at the lake, and for fishing enthusiasts, you'll only have to walk 10 meters to cast your line.
