Clean and cozy condo overlooking SML. Queen size bed, full sofa, air mattress available if needed, large TV with Dish Network. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, oven, refrigerator, plastic glasses and bowls and most all utensils. Parkway Marina is within walking distance, they have a store and they rent pontoon boats, with their permission boats can be docked at Belview overnight. Private pool with some shade. Community grill . The fir pit on property is for home owners only and it’s a two pet limit

Smith Mountain Lake Condo

Enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to Parkway Marina & Smith Mountain State Park.Condo was perfect for just my husband and I. Would stay again and highly recommend. Very quiet.

The area is being very well maintained by the other condo owners and it's a beautiful, friendly place to visit. They too enjoy the peace and quiet. The condo itself was clean, quiet, well built, and had plenty of amenities. Thanks to Rickey for renting it out - what a treat!

Great location and cozy place

Perfect for a small family. Went with my 2 sons and was right next to the state park entrance. Great for a weekend getaway.

Great location!

Close to swimming, fishing, boating, and hiking. Rickey made check-in easy, even with flight delays. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

Great, cozy condo with amazing lake views!

The condo was exactly as described and was even better in person. The host, Rickey is the best. He responded quickly to all our questions and provided all the information we needed for the condo and the pool. We enjoyed our stay very much and we’ll definitely be back! Beautiful location

We loved the condo and location. Everything was clean and it was the perfect space for our weekend vacation. The only issue I had was getting the wifi to work. The username and password did not work. Other than that though it was a fantastic spot!

The property is itself a good. But the website doesn't have enough information to state what is available (crockery, iron, tea) and what is not available (like soaps, coffee) and how far the nearest grocery store is.
