Tastefully newly redecorated bright 1 bedroom main floor apartment near the airport and restaurants, is available in a quiet Westfort Village Tri-Plex . in this small town area of southern Thunder Bay, where you can walk to the grocery store, pharmacies,. restaurants, bakery, deli , bulk food store, buses , and one that takes you directly to Con College. Close to the airport and perfect if you arrive without a car. Lots of light with one step into the apartment, (we have a handicap bar in bathroom.for safety.
Area near mountain views, Lake, Canal, Bridge to Parks, and mountain drives, and views.

Free on street Parking outside your front door, or in winter we provide off street parking for 1 vehicle. Note that free on street winter parking is CALENDAR Parking,

We only allow Children 12 and over as there are stairs to the laundry facilities and because of other working tenants. The laundry is Coin operated.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Clean, cool room during the heatwave that was an oasis while wildfires raged an hour west of town. Perfect location for us. The host made it so easy we didn’t need to communicate during stay. Recommend this place.

The original connection with Cynthia was very very good. We discussed my disability and the possible enhancements to the property to allow me a very secure experience.. There were several things that could’ve been set up better. When we arrived late at midnight it was quite cool in the apartment and we could not find a thermostat available to us to warm the apartment. We had to contact Cynthia the next morning to have the heat increased from another source I guess. That late at night it would’ve been easier for us to be able turn the heat up and not have to wait till morning. Yes the heat was corrected and we appreciated it. The other concern that we had to deal with was the double mattress which was old, miss shaped and very difficult for a couple to sleep on. Cynthia did say that they had purchased a new queen size mattress to be moved in shortly after our departure.. We are both feeling the effects of sleeping like magnets for the four nights. of our stay. We were also surprised,surprised that food staples like pepper and salt, sugar and possibly, milk, and coffee weren’t left to begin the next morning. Other Vrbo’s we have stayed at these were available. I do thank Cynthia for the open conversation before and during our stay, and I do believe that the new bed and mattress they have bought will very much enhance the accommodation for future guests.

A nice place to stay in the Westport area of Thunder Bay!

The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. In addition, there were a few restaurants and a grocery store within a couple of blocks walking distance from the property.
