Single-family home in a small hamlet of just a few houses, very quiet and ideally located between Barbezieux (13 km), Jonzac (16 km), Pons (24 km), Cognac (22 km), Angoulême (46 km), and Saintes (44 km).
The property has been recently renovated; the interior of the house is in pristine condition, but the exterior is scheduled for renovation.
We live in the same hamlet and are available to assist if necessary in case of an emergency.
