This lovely 2-room apartment has been renovated in a pure clear style.
It is located on the 1st floor of a small building.
It is composed of a living-room with an open-plan kitchen (washing-machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge, freezer) and a sofa-bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a shower-room.
The linen and towels are not included in the rental.
WIFI
A wide sunny balcony with a beautiful view on the canal and the boats.
A private parking space near-by.
LINEN and TOWELS and END-OF-STAY CLEANING NOT INCLUDED.

During your holidays you will have the opportunity to play Pétanque under the trees on the ground that is in the street.

Free access to the Coches d'eau shuttles (during their working period) to get around Port Grimaud and go to the beach or the market place in Port Grimaud 1.
The beach and the restaurants are about 5-minute away by walk.
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (sea activities, golf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

Additional information:

• Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Additional fees between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. No check-in later than 8.00pm. Check-out time: 10.00am at latest.
• Bed linen and towels not included in the booking. You can rent some in addition.
• Final cleaning not included in the booking. It can be bought in addition.
• Additional fees will be applied for any extra person.
• Resort fees: 6,05€/ adult/ day
• No animal in the property (except with the written agreement of the agency).
• Contract to send back with your signature to the agency in order to confirm the booking.
• A deposit by credit card will be requested upon your arrival. (500€)

Great stay in Port Grimaud

Comfortable first-floor apartment overlooking pretty houses and a quiet canal. It was quiet in June but I can imagine it having a lively atmosphere in July and August. Yael is very friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet her.

Beautiful location in France’s Venice

This is a great spot for exploring local towns such as St Tropez by water .There is a quiet local beach with a friendly bar.The whole area of the domaine is kept clean & the planting gives a greeness & cooling to the environment.

A gem of an apartment. The view is incredible, the Port is very unique with lots of cool shops and fantastic restaurants. The main beach had lots of activity, I wasn't able to go to the private beach or take the water taxis but I am sure I missed out. Cute decor, comfortable bed, nice host! Thank you.

L'appartement bénéficie d'un emplacement très calme et agréable à l'intérieur du port touristique de Grimaud. L'appartement vient d'être rénové. La cuisine est équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Yael est un hôte très sympathique et réactive. Par exemple, nous avons pu nous enregistrer beaucoup plus tôt, car l'appartement était déjà prêt. Nous avons pu choisir nous-mêmes de nettoyer l'appartement et ainsi économiser les frais de nettoyage. Port Grimaud est un lieu unique et vaut vraiment le détour.

Port Grimaud ist ein wunderschönes Lagunenstädtchen in der Nähe von Saint Tropez. Jedes Häusschen hat Aussicht auf die Lagune und die dort heimischen Segel- und Motorboote. Einmalig! Die Wohnung ist ideal, für zwei Personen wunderschön gelegen und auf der ruhigeren Seite von Port Grimaud. Der sehr schöne Strand ist, zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und man findet alles für einen sommerlichen Aufenthalt

Auf der Südseite von Paul Grimaud ist man auf der besseren Seite. Hier hat man nicht so viel Publikumsverkehr und ist ganz dicht am Strand. Das Apartment ist gut gelegen, hübsch eingerichtet und sehr zweckmäßig. Mit einem wundervollen Blick aus dem ersten Stock auf die Boote.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, in diesem wunderschönen Airbnb-Apartment zu übernachten, und ich bin restlos begeistert! Von Anfang bis Ende war mein Aufenthalt absolut perfekt und ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Schon bei der Buchung war der Gastgeber äußerst aufmerksam und reagierte schnell auf meine Anfragen. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und sie gaben mir klare Anweisungen für den Check-in. Als ich ankam, wurde ich herzlich begrüßt und in das Apartment eingeführt. Das Apartment selbst war einfach fantastisch. Es war geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Die Fotos auf der Airbnb-Website wurden dem tatsächlichen Zustand des Apartments gerecht. Alles war makellos sauber und gut gepflegt. Ich fühlte mich sofort wie zu Hause.
