On the 1st floor (with elevator), a magnificent, tastefully renovated 2-bedroom apartment, fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private parking space in the basement.

Rated 3 stars.

It comprises: - a fully equipped kitchen with ample storage, a fridge/freezer, a built-in oven, a dishwasher, etc.

- opening onto a living room with a sofa, television, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning - a lovely 11m² terrace facing the sea, with a garden table, sun loungers, and a griddle
- 1st bedroom with a 160cm double bed and air conditioning - 2nd bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a 90cm single bed on a mezzanine with access to the terrace - a bathroom with a shower and washing machine - a separate toilet

Private parking space in the basement of the building, accessible by elevator.

Optional services payable on site:

* disposable linen kit from €12 per bed (fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases).

* Towels (1 large and 1 small) for €6.

* Final cleaning fee starting from €60.
