Beautiful beachfront apartment with exceptional views for 6 people, with private garage, swimming pool, and air conditioning, 5th floor with elevator, southwest facing, air-conditioned, one bedroom with ultra-comfortable 160cm bed, sea view and LED TV, a second bedroom with two ultra-comfortable 90cm beds and a third 90cm pull-out bed for 2 or 3 people, a living room with sofa bed (RAPIDO system sleeping in 140cm) and kitchen of 29m2, for a total of 62m2 + 12m2 terrace, on the seafront, direct access to the beach, with private swimming pool overlooking the superb family beach of Lazaret, private closed GARAGE in the basement of the residence.

Apartment with exceptional views of the sea and the 11 km stretch of Lido beach, magnificent sunsets thanks to its southwest exposure. Equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, LED TV in the living room and one bedroom, Wi-Fi throughout, and a RAPIDO sofa bed (140 cm).

Optional cleaning: €50 for the stay.
Optional bed linen and towels: €15 per double bed and €10 per single bed.

This upscale residence with a concierge and elevator is quiet and secure, located in the sought-after Corniche district of Sète. Very nice appartment for a family with swimming pool as part of the building, astonishing sea view (perfect sunset location), located directly at the beach. We have passed a marvelous vacation there.

Vue spectaculaire sur la mer et jusqu'aux Pyrénées par beau temps, situé juste devant la plage, sans route à traverser. Tous commerces utiles et restaurants à proximité, et accès à la ville simplifié par les lignes de bus ou la promenade le long de la mer. Appartement très tranquille (hors saison), bien équipé : vaisselle en suffisance, épicerie de base et l'électroménager est neuf. Le box en sous-sol fermé très utile, assez long mais pas très large pour un SUV moderne, ça passe quand même. merci à Lucie qui nous a accueilli.

Nous avons passés de super vacances du 26juillet au 07 août 2025.Nous sommes arrivés en retard a cause des embouteillages mais il y avait malgré tout Sarah qui attendait pour nous accueillir. C'est un tres bel appartement avec toutes les commodités ( qui fonctionnent très bien), tout était très propre et une vue imprenable avec une chouette terrasse. De plus, la propriétaire repond très vite quand on lui envoie un mail via Abritel. VUE impressionnante, appart très complet

Nous avons passé une semaine (en aout 2024) dans ce magnifique appartement et on a adoré! l'appart est grand, sur-équipé, moderne, mobilier de bonne qualité et bien entretenu. Point fort pour nous: lit bebe disponible :) Par contre, en arrivant il fallait avoir bcp de choses sur soi (éponges cuisine, papier toilette, lessive (car il y a lave et sèche linge)) Sinon, l'appart est très bien situé, toutes les commodités sont là, la plage en face et la piscine (bien propre) dans la résidence dont on a bien profité :) Merci pour ce super séjour à la propriétaire (très réactive d'ailleurs) et Laurence

Très belle vue, très agréable d'être à 2 pas de la mer. piscine très sympa et appartement bien équipé, tout était fonctionnel. petit point noir, le ménage à l'arrivée laissé vraiment à désirer, mais nous avons rendu l'appartement propre en partant.

un magnifique point de vue

Une bonne exposition, un point de vue à 180°. La plage du Lazaret à 50m. Tous les commerces à proximité et un marché le jeudi. l'appartement est confortable et fonctionnel. Il y a une jolie piscine peu fréquentée. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Bon séjour

L'appartement est très bien, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la location. Il est proche des commodités et au pied de la plage. Le seul regret c'est qu'il ne nous avait pas été précisé que la piscine de la résidence était indisponible en raison de l'épidémie de coronavirus.
