Apartment located on the 2nd and last floor of a small quiet and landscaped residence: the rives d'or 38m2 with mezzanine and pretty furnished terrace and panoramic view of the beaches of the corniche. At the entrance: shoe corner, fridge and bathroom, you then arrive in the main room with its open kitchen area and living room. Large bay window with full opening of the doors. Upstairs the bedroom at human height ...<br>You will only have to cross the small road to access the beaches and straw huts in season!<br>Located in the city center, you can get around on foot for all your outings.<br>For parking, free space in the secure parking lot of the residence.<br>The train station is only a 10-minute walk away!<br>Do not hesitate to contact me for any information.<br>With pleasure! ☀️

Belle vue depuis la terrasse

Agréable appartement joliment décoré. Parfait pour 2 personnes. Escalier qui monte à la mezzanine un peu raide. Accès à la plage aisé pour une belle balade le long de la corniche. Accueil sympathique.

Ein tolles Appartement in bester Strandlage. Die Aussenfassade des GebäudeKomplexes soll in 2023 noch renoviert werden.
