Welcome to the Sun ☀️!<br>Come and settle into our apartment, located 200 meters from the waterfront and 400 meters from the center of the seaside resort (convenience store, pharmacy...).<br><br>In just a few steps, you’ll be walking on the fine, warm sand of Narbonne-Plage.<br><br>This beachfront apartment, near the Massif de la Clape, is the perfect getaway to spend a few days with your family and recharge your batteries. Everything is within walking distance of the apartment.<br><br>Located in a secure residence with a keypad entry system, this apartment accommodates 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children).<br><br>A private parking space is available.<br><br>This 27-square-meter apartment, located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, consists of:<br>- a master bedroom with a double bed (190 cm x 140 cm)<br>- a living area<br>- a kitchenette with a large fridge-freezer and all necessary appliances (Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)<br>- and a small sleeping area with a bunk bed (80x180 cm), separated from the living area by a blackout curtain.<br><br>The bathroom has a bathtub, perfect for kids!<br><br>Each room is equipped with a fan (two small ones in the sleeping area, one in the bedroom, and one on the ceiling of the main room).<br><br>A large portable TV, along with a few books and games, are available for your use—just in case the sun decides to hide for a change!<br><br>Sheets and towels are provided.<br><br>Pets are not allowed.
