Shop until you drop at Northpark Mall and explore White Rock Lake. You'll be situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to 75 and Mockingbird, the Dart rail and an easy Uber / Lyft ride away from an exciting nightlife. This home has a maximum occupancy of 2 and is wonderful for solo travelers, couples, friends and business people.

This private studio with separate entrance and dedicated parking has a small full bathroom and kitchenette with charming touches while offering modern conveniences.

Perfect for a work trip

This was a perfect spot for a week long visit to Dallas where I didn't plan to send much time in the location. Provided everything I needed, quiet and safe location, and comfortable lodging. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Sweet Spot

This is a lovely retreat. It is quiet, clean, has easy access and the small amenities that most places ignore. The hostess was accessible and responsive. A great spot!

A short trip to Dallas

This place was great for our needs: a Kuerig, a shower and a bed were all we really needed. Walked the SMU campus and breakfasted at La Madeline. Lower Greenville Ave was a great place to be!

Dallas stay

The whole process was very easy and the owner was a delight to work with. I had to extend my stay and they were very accommodating and made my experience very enjoyable. The room was cozy and perfect for what I needed. I will definitely stay there again.

Cute and efficient

It seems like the property owners thought of everything. The space is small but very well utilized. It was difficult lining up lyft drivers for the alley access but otherwise this place is perfect!

Clean, well appointed, tiny

This studio was nicely appointed and had a comfortable bed. Do be aware that the entrance is down an alley, which made me a bit uncomfortable when walking at night. It is also no larger than a hotel room. But it was a quiet respite from my 3 days of meetings.

Lots of good to say about this place. It's basically a tiny house. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a full shower/ bath. The window a/c window unit works well, and there are floor fans. Everything is clean, and the bed is comfortable. It's nice to have a designated parking spot. Wi fi is good. Locale is great. The only negatives are the tiling in the bathroom is mouldy and patched, in need of regrouting. And the walls/ base boards/ trim need repainting. Plus, you have to use your own passwords to watch Netflix, Prime, or Roku on the TV.

Great location!

That was a perfect little place for a weekend getaway to Dallas. Centrally located, easy parking and access, great amenities. It was quiet and felt safe. Fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Keurig with coffee and sugar in the kitchen. Mini fridge, stove, and microwave.
