Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 60 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating, stove in all rooms and underfloor heating. The entrance is covered and leads over 2 steps directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen as intersecting room, 35 sqm and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 15 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and parasol. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 35 sqm and with TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler.

Location
Strobl, district Oberes Aigen, 543 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Situated by a stream, in the Aigen district. The stream also invites for Kneipp therapy. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 900 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
