About this property

From the mountains to the beautiful lake in one of the most beautiful places in Austria

Lovingly, in shabby-chic style furnished 70m ² apartment in 1. OG of our family house
with 2 bedrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom (separate toilet) and large balcony.

From our apartment, it is only a 10-minute walk to the beautiful center of St. Wolfgang and the lawn on the beautiful Wolfgangsee (free use for our guests).

The apartment is designed for 4 people. We are happy to make if necessary for another 2 people the sofa in the living-dining room as a bed for you. An adult or 2 children can sleep on this couch. (plus 15, - Euro per day / person).
Travel cot - or Baby travel bed can be prepared on request.

Large bedroom with double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe and sink.

Smaller bedroom with 2 boxspring beds * and wardrobe.
* possible as single beds or double bed

Living-dining room with sofa bed, satellite. TV and dinette.

Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine (Tabs machine), toaster, kettle ...

The rooms have a cozy wooden floor with floor heating.

Our apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers (Please note that smoking in the apartment and bringing pets is not allowed).

You can park your car right in front of the entrance to the apartment.

Amazing Austria

We had an absolutely amazing stay in St Wolfgangsee. Sigi and Jens were fabulous hosts, our accommodation was perfect, the location was great for so many things to do. It was the most relaxing and fun holiday I have had for a very long time !

Wonderfully quiet, spotlessly clean apartment with panoramic views of the mountains from the balcony. Very comfortable beds. Friendly, helpful hosts who provided lots of useful information about things to do and gave us a warm welcome with lots of homemade treats which were much appreciated and enjoyed! From apartment there is a short, easy walk into little town of St Wolfgang and lakeside. There was a happy, relaxed feel everywhere and free musical events most evenings from different local groups which were excellent and created an amazing atmosphere. Wolfgangsee is a beautiful turquoise lake and the whole mountain area is stunning and easily accessible from the apartment. Salzburg is also easy to visit, being only an hour away by car. We had a fantastic time here! Just one thing to note, there is a tourist tax to pay in cash at the end of the stay which was not mentioned on vrbo.

Die Gastfreundlichkeit ist nicht zu übertreffen. Sigi ist Gastgeberin mit Leib und Seele, das merkt man ihr an. Von der Kommunikation vor Anreise über die Betreuung vor Ort oder aber auch nach der Reise es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Meine Verlobte hatte am Anreisetag Geburtstag. Sie schmückte die Wohnung Feierlich, zündete Kerzen an und stellte einen Blumenstrauß auf

Die gastgeber sind absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die wohnug ist super ausgestattet und gross genug für eine Familie mit 5 personen und liegt nur wenige gehminuten vom Ortskern entfernt.Auf jedem fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist gross und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Es fehlt an nichts. Alle Räume sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr ruhige, dennoch zentrale Lage. 5 min zum Wolfgangsee. 10 min ins Dorf rein.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns offen empfangen und wir haben uns in allem gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sogar eine große Spielzeugkiste und viele Gesellschaftsspiele, sowie ein Regal voller Bücher stehen bereit. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt und einfach super hilfreich, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche gestellt werden. Gewaschen werden kann in einfacher Absprache mit der Vermieterin.Die Küche ist neu und gzt für 5 Personen ausgestattet. Einen Fahrradunterstand und Schuppen darf man ebenfalls nutzen.Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten jederzeit mach Tips und Empfehlungen fragen. Ein top Hefter mit vielen Infos liegt in der Wohnung; W-Lan tadellos.Eine absolute Empfehlung, auch mit kleinen Kindern

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und bis ins letzte Detail liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nahe an der Schafbergbahn und fußläufig zum Zentrum. Besonders wohl haben wir uns dank der lieben Sigi gefühlt, die uns herzlich empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthaltes mit Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt hat. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Für meine Tochter wurden ein Hochstuhl, Kinderbett und sogar Kinderbesteck bereitgestellt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!

Eine Woche voller Erlebnisse

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche mit allen Facetten des Sommers. Der See war herrlich klar und erfrischend und dank unserer Vermieterin, hatten wir auch einen schattigen Platz im Strandbad.Der Abstieg vom Schafberg war ein absolutes Erlebnis, aber auch die eishöhle ist sehr sehenswert. Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war super für unsere Familie. Die Größe der Wohnung war ideal, es gab Spielzeug für Klein und Groß. Selbst für den nahegelegen See hatten unsere Kinder noch Equipment bekommen. Wie Wohnung war sehr sauber, und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten, seine Kleidung zu verstauen. Für Kinder gab es einen Hocker und ein Babybett und ein Babystuhl.Wir konnten die Kinder bedenkenlos in den Garten schicken, auf die Hängematte, zum Fußball, oder zum Spielen. Auf der angrenzenden Bahnschienen sind die Züge langsamer gefahren, sobald sie die Personen gesehen haben. Allerdings ohne Absicherung für kleine Kinder. Von der Unterkunft aus konnte man gleich auf die Wanderwege loslaufen. Ein Bäcker oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß (gute 15 Minuten ) erreichbar. Die Badestelle war weiter entfernt als gedacht (Öffentlicher Bezahlbadeplatz) Karten waren zur Unterkunft inklusive. Infomaterialien waren geordnet in Deutsch und Englisch vorhanden. Sowie Bücher für Kleinstkinder bis zum Erwachsenen für ruhige und entspannte Zeiten. Am Besten war die Lecktüre im Bad ;-)Sehr nette Vermieter vielen Dank!

Berge oder Meer? Warum nicht beides gleichzeitig?!

Angefangen bei den sehr netten Gastgebern, die uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet haben, über die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, in der man sich direkt wie Zuhause fühlt, bis hinzu der perfekten Lage im wunderschönen St. Wolfgang mit toller Aussicht vom Frühstücksbalkon auf das umliegende Bergpanorama, war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Danke auch für die tollen Ausflugstipps rings um den traumhaften Wolfgangsee. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. :-)))

Sehr schöne Wohnung! Ruhig, aber doch zentral . Tolle Gastgeberin!!

Leider haben wir unseren Urlaub aufgrund des extrem schlechten Wetters schhon nach drei Tagen abgebrochen. In der kurzen Zeit haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Siggi‘s liebevolle Gastfreundschaft genossen.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Es fehlte an nichts - vom Knabberzeug bis zu frischem Obst und Kräutern aus dem schönen Garten vorm Haus, alles da. Sehr saubere, wunderschöne Ferienwohung mit allem was man braucht in ruhiger, bester Lage. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche.

Top Familienurlaub

Kleine Auszeit vom Stress im Alltag

Wir haben es sehr genossen in der Wohnung. Sehr nette Vermieter die einem auch mal mit Sachen aus dem eigenen Haushalt aushelfen, falls man dann noch was vergessen hat einzukaufen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Genuss im "Jänner-Loch"

Tolle Wohnung...

...es war sehr schön! Die Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Alles, was man in der Küche braucht, war da. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Inhalt der Kiste und das wunderbar bestückte Bücherregal.
