One bridge to the Charlotte Harbor, 12X24 screened back porch BBQ deck. House totally remodeled in 2019. Dead end street. Close to stores, restaurants, 1.5 mile from Fisherman's Village. Great for kayaking, biking and boating. 90 minutes from Busch Gardens and Disney/Orlando! 37 miles to Fort Myers Beach! Local Pickleball courts!

Cozy Canal Front Getaway

This was our 4th winter time spent in Florida and our favorite place. Beautiful private porch and pool area to play and relax. The home had a functional layout and provided everything needed to prepare meals while being close to restaurants and entertainment.
