The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 28 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV and radio. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 23 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 6 sunloungers and porch swing. Bedroom 9 sqm and with 2 single beds, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. 2 bedrooms each 9 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. Cooking nook in the living room as intersecting room, 12 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 12 sqm and with with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window, washing machine, dryer and towels.

Location
Svahová, district Boleboř = Svahová, 800 m above sea level. The bungalow is located on a 4000 sqm enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. When booking for up to 4 people, only 2 bedrooms will be made available, the rest will remain closed. The hedge is made of spruce. Access is via a side road (paved, length 100 m). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking (for 4 cars) in a carport and on the property. The road is maintained in winter.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September, heatable, 8 m x 4 m, 1.2 m deep). Indoor pool (usable year-round, heatable, diameter 2 m, 0.90 m deep). The pool is heated when the air temperature is above 10 °C. The temperature of the pool is therefore influenced by the air temperature, so there is no guarantee that the pool will be available in all weather conditions.
