This house, completely renovated, has an open dining area with a large island for 12 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster... with all the necessary crockery for 12 people. The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed, with a television and WIFI access. Upstairs, the master suite has its own bathroom, and the other two bedrooms have a large bathroom available with shower and bathtub. The three bedrooms also have access to a large dressing room so that guests can store their clothes and suitcases.
You will also have a large exterior with a petanque court and a secure swimming pool (submerged curtain). A garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to eat outside and spend pleasant moments with friends or family.
In the heart of the Château Roc de Montpezat vineyard (in organic conversion), you will appreciate the calm, the view of the valley, the vineyard and the Château de Montaigne (10min away).
"Chai Nous" is ideally located between the Gironde, Bordeaux (45min) and the Dordogne, Bergerac (45 min). Two regions that offer you attractive activities for young and old! All amenities (supermarkets, newspapers, bakery, butcher...) are in Castillon-La-Bataille (8 min). For golf lovers, that of the greater Saint-Emilionnais is 3 minutes away. 10 minutes away, you can enjoy the magnificent medieval village of Saint-Emilion. Don't miss the pretty sound and light show of La Bataille de Castillon (July and August). The proximity to Périgord and the Atlantic Ocean is also a real asset.
