The domicile is also popular because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 160 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance leads over 1 step and a 33 sqm terrace directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Kitchen 7 sqm and with gas stove (3 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (200 l, freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace.
1st floor: Bedroom 13 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the 4 sqm balcony. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. You have access to the 5 sqm balcony. Bedroom 11 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bedroom 13 sqm and with 2 single beds. You have access to the 5 sqm balcony. Bathroom 4 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window. Bathroom 6 sqm, not heatable and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Vrsi, district Mulo, 5 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 70 m). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

There is no heating. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), and iron. TV reception is via satellite.
