Living room, kitchen, lounge with 1 double sofa bed 140 x 190 cm), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm and 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), bathroom (shower). Unfenced private terrace and garden. Snowshoe and bicycle rental possible (see details with the owner). Contemporary country house located in the heart of the famous Maurienne valley. Charming typical village steeped in history (the oldest and most important iron mines in Savoie) nestled on the road to the Grand Cucheron pass. South facing hillside. Preserved natural setting of meadows and forests. Neat contemporary mountain character. Terrace with lots of sunshine. Pleasant garden. Superb panorama of the Lauzière massif. Very close to shops and services. Playground 100m away. Contemporary, comfortable country house located in the heart of the famous Maurienne valley, a paradise for cyclists of all kinds, close to the Vanoise Natural Park and the Italian border. Charming typical village steeped in history (the oldest and most important iron mines in Savoy from the Roman era. The legend says that the mythical sword of Durandal of the knight Roland was made on site...) nestled on the road to the Col du Grand Cucheron (famous for having welcomed the passage of Hannibal and his elephants 2200 years ago). In the heart of the superb preserved forest massif of Hurtières (northern tip of the Belledonnes massif) between nature and gentle tourism. Numerous hikes and walks in the countryside on site in all seasons. Easy access to ski resorts by highway (exit 6 km). St-François-Longchamp/Grand Domaine 29 km (connected to Valmorel in Tarentaise). Vast Sybelles ski area 30 km via Saint-Colomban-des-Villards (largest ski area in Maurienne with 310 km of slopes). Orelle cable car connection to Val-Thorens/3 Vallées 46 km away. 29 km from the superb Nordic site surrounded by nature at Grand Coin.
