LE Vieux Moulin - L'arcelle
Gite located on the ground floor of the house (on one level from the parking lot) comprising a living room-kitchen lounge area (connected sound bar), pellet stove (manual refill), 1 cabin bedroom (2x2 bunk beds 90x200 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm composed of 2 single beds 80x200 cm), 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed 160x200 cm and a private bathroom (shower), a bathroom (shower), 2 separate toilets. Private laundry room (washing machine and dryer) outside the cottage, on the garden level. Terrace with private SPA (bath towels reserved for the spa are not provided by the owner, it is up to the customer to bring what is necessary). Free and shared sauna on the ground floor of the house (access arrangements, contact the owner) At the entrance to a hamlet, the residence comprising 5 apartments is located 300 m from the ski lifts and 2 km from shops, stores and services. In winter, the shuttle stop 100m away will make your travels between Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard easier. The entrance to the residence offers a beautiful space for private ski rooms, equipped with a boot dryer. A few parking spaces are possible in front of the house with a common electric charging station outside. 50 m from the house, a large free public car park will allow you to park easily. The terrace with the private spa is an invitation to relax for an unforgettable moment in a grandiose setting. This cottage is distinguished by the quality of all-inclusive services and the panoramic view of the mountain and the Arc river.
