You'll appreciate the numerous outdoor amenities in a rural setting: garden furniture, barbecue, and relaxation lounge. Inside, boredom is impossible! Billiards, foosball, Xbox with games, air hockey table, elliptical bike, 6-seater inflatable spa, numerous board games, children's games...
During your stay in Anjou, you'll be 30 minutes from Angers and 1 hour 15 minutes from Rennes and Nantes. This family vacation home with 4 bedrooms can accommodate 8 people on two levels:
On the ground floor are: the air-conditioned veranda overlooking the garden with spa, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, the large living room with billiards table, pellet stove, television, a first bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, the bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double sink, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, three bedrooms each with a 140x190cm bed (bedroom sizes at 1.80m height: 9mÂČ, 7mÂČ, 12mÂČ). The largest bedroom offers access to an east-facing balcony terrace with a lounge area and hanging chair. The 17mÂČ mezzanine offers plenty of play equipment for children. A second bathroom with a shower, double sink, and toilet is located upstairs.
The 480mÂČ wooded garden promises moments of relaxation. With friends or family... Also ideal for business travelers, with a television in each room and lockable doors. The adjoining cottage reference H49G031086 accommodates up to 7 people with a swimming pool. Rent both cottages for up to 15 people!
[TO DISCOVER] The Mine Bleue site, 20 minutes away, immerses you in the time of the miners, 126 meters underground. Travel along the Mayenne River to the pretty villages of Grez-Neuville, Le Lion d'Angers, Pruillé, and Montreuil-Juigné, and their seasonal open-air cafés. Visit the Chùteau du Plessis-Macé, 20 minutes away, the Chùteau de la Lorie in Segré, 10 minutes away, and the Isle Briand National Park, 13 minutes away. Hiking trails start from the cottage.
