Quick trip

Had a great time with the Vrbo stay, only thing is we wish the check in process could have been done without having to meet with anyone. The young lady was very nice and accommodating but our plans changed and we got in several hours earlier but we had to wait around due to inability to communicate with owner and not wanting to interrupt the young ladies day.

Hi, Thank you for your review We are actually as,we speak, putting a lock box so people will have acces to the keys without the need to meet someone. I can understand your frustration however our check in time is 15.00. I am sure if you had called Emily she would have come earlier if needed, that is why I gave you her phone number. Unable to access the property. No communication by owner or VRBO. No response to messages to owner. Didn't answer telephone call.Had to find and stay in a different place. I want my money back.Disgraceful.
