The holiday home is a terraced house and furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the garden and the quiet, sunny, and secluded hillside location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. For exclusive use are available: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing, and courtyard.

Labin, district Bartici. The holiday house is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. End-of-terrace house. Access is via a side road. Parking on the property. Parking not fenced.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late October 4 m x 6 m 1.50 m deep).
