Wonderful house in quiet surroundings

We were very happy and satisfied with our stay. The house is big and all necessary amenities are there. Perfect if you are looking for a relaxing time! The only slightly negative is that it can get VERY warm (in summer) in the top sleeping quarters.

Es handelt sich um ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Licht durch große Fenster nach Süden. Die Ausstattung und der Grundriss eigneten sich gut für einen Ferienaufenthalt.Allerdings verfügt das Haus nicht über 4 Schlafzimmer, sondern über 3 Schlafzimmer (1 Schlagzimmer pro Etage) und einen zusätzlichen Schlafplatz auf einer Empore, die zum Wohn- und Essbereich offen ist. Dort befindet sich aber auch ein echter Schreibtisch, den ich gut mit meinem Laptop nutzen konnte.Das Haus verfügt auch nicht über "2 Badezimmer und 2 Gäste-WCs" oder "3 Badezimmer" wie widersprüchlich in den Beschreibungen angegeben. Vielmehr existieren 1 Duschbad mit WC im Erdgeschoss und 1 Wannenbad mit WC im ersten Stock neben dem Essbereich.Wir waren im Spätherbst (November) dort und haben uns erst dort gewundert, dass der Vermieter hinsichtlich der Zentralheizung nur eine Temperatur von 19,5 Celsius in den Räumen garantiert. Das war uns deutlich zu wenig und dies war nicht in der Anzeige angekündigt. Das hatte der Vermieter erst in einer vor Ort ausliegenden "Geschäftsordnung" vorgegeben. Die Heizung war entsprechend eingestellt und für uns grundsätzlich nicht regulierbar. Das führte dazu, dass im untersten Schlafzimmer kaum 17 Celsius (bei kälteren Wänden) erreicht wurden. Wir haben dieses Schlafzimmer deshalb nicht genutzt.Die Betreuerin vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Bestens zu erreichen und hat sich immer schnell gekümmert. Das Heizungsproblem konnte sie jedoch nicht lösen.
