American kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 6 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window, washing machine and Towel, shampoo, shower cap, liquid soap.

Balatonberény. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. There are 6 houses here: BALBER 041, BALBER 042, BALBER 043, and BALBER 044 can be found (minimum 4 days). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.
