The detached holiday home is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property over the lake and its quiet, sunny location on the edge of the forest. For exclusive use are available: sunshade, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, garden swing, campfire area and yard.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads over a terrace. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. American kitchen with dinette, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Living room with lounge. Bedroom with 2 additional beds at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed.
Ground floor (separate apartment): Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Vonyarcvashegy. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, high chair and internet access (Wi‑Fi). Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from mid-June to mid-September, 3 m x 3 m, 0.8 m deep).
