Gorgeous 3BR Oceanfront Villa - Amazing Views of Turquoise Water

Picture yourself sitting on the balcony of "Peace of Paradise" with your feet up mesmerized by the Turquoise waters. Feel the ocean breeze as your responsibilities and cares melt away. Bask in the shallow warm waters, relax on the sandy beach, snorkel or fish out front in the clear, glistening waters. When your done enjoying the outside come on inside to enjoy the main floor open concept living space with totally updated kitchen and appliances as well as half bath and smaller bedroom. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms both with their own ensuite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a balcony overlooking the turquoise blue waters. The second bedroom has 2 full sized beds and an ensuite bathroom as well. The main living space is on the second floor of the complex with one bedroom and other 2 bedrooms are on the third floor. Port of Call Villas is a small and private gated community with a sandy beach next door to it. Only a short drive away from Port Lucaya Market place with shopping, dining and entertainment. Our condo has Central AC, WIFI, Cable TV & Phone. New Televisions in the living room and master bedroom. Full sized washer and dryer in the unit so you can keep your clothes fresh.

Tranquil Beachside Oasis

We had a wonderful stay! The villa is well appointed with all the comforts of home, and the views are absolutely phenomenal. Morning coffee and sunset cocktails on the patio are a must. The beaches surrounding the property are postcard-perfect and the entire vibe is so restful and relaxing. On top of everything else, the hosts are kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will be definitely be back!

Bryan is the perfect host. Very open with communication and quick to respond. The property is exactly what was described. We were 6 adults and an infant. Lots of room and very clean. The beach and pool area were basically private only to us. Very enjoyable I strongly recommend this location for a quiet get away. Absolutely incredible place to stay. We had this big beautiful beach to ourselves the whole 8 days that we stayed. Weather 100% perfect every day. This place is very clean. Beautiful property and our family had a wonderful time. They had everything we needed for our stay. Not having to bring beach towels saved us a lot of room in our bags too! The views were amazing from the property!! We appreciate the responsiveness of Bryan during our stay! Definitely do your research before coming to Grand Bahama island. Recovering from the hurricane is still affecting this island, business that used to be there are no longer there. Phone numbers and websites are not up to date either so what we thought we were going to do and shop while there definitely change. Over all had a great time with family and touring the island. Beautiful beachfront oasis

A beautiful, very well-outfitted home with a spectacular view of the water and easy beach access. Communication with the owners was excellent -- very responsive, proactive, and helpful. That included unsolicited recommendations in advance for restaurants, activities, and a local rental car company which were all carefully curated and spot-on. The car rental company in particular was a great find -- better and considerably less expensive than other options. The house is also unusually well-equipped, including even suntan lotion, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, and more, all in good shape. I strongly recommend this property if you are headed to Freeport.

Amazing property right on the water. The condo is beautiful and very clean. Bryan, the owner was so attentive. If we had any any questions before or during our visit he replied quickly. The beach is only a 2 min walk. The water was so clear, and still cool. Actually had a sting ray swim nearby. We hope to return to this amazing place.

We book 3 condos at Port of Call, Freeport, BA. All 3 condos were large about 2000' in each. Our group of 18 with 6 each unit. All units were on the water with a beautiful view. Relaxing, calming and picture perfect!The property was very well equipped from the kitchen to the beach equipment! Bryan was always at your finger tips, as he responded immediately. His property manager was the same. A little issue with a propane tank for the bbq but was looked after asap.Quite area and very safe, the people were very friendly too.What else could you ask for,the sound of the ocean right in front of you! Oceanfront Condo

The condo was as advertised. It has a beautiful view from both decks with plenty of seating. The complex is quiet and peaceful and we rarely ran into anyone else. Other than food we really didn’t need to bring anything else as the rental had everything else, towels, snorkeling gear, cooler bag etc etc Bryan, the owner was super responsive and never left you waiting long for a a response. We especially appreciated all the tips you gave us on beaches and restaurants as we hit pretty much all of them. Thanks again you’ve got a great piece of paradise there!!

Paradise on the beach with your home feeling too!

This property is everything pictured and amazing to stay in!! Bryan the owner was great and communicated with me prior to the trip to ensure we received all unit details and followed up post the trip too. The unit was big, spacious and the washer and dryer were great to have and in great condition! They had beach toys, chairs and a cooler which made everything convenient since the beach is a short trail from the unit (barley 3 minute walk), you pass the pool which is nice to have when you want a different choice! We enjoyed it all! The Kitchen is fully equipped, we made several meals as we were a family traveling with kids, and everything was there! The dishwasher also in great condition worked well. The master bedroom having its own patio for privacy is so nice as the moon and ocean in the evenings are beautiful. Overall, this location was a 10/10 they have it all to ensure your trip is truly a peace of paradise but like your home!

We're back from a wonderful week in this beautiful condo in Freeport. We couldn't have made a better choice! From the begining of booking process til the end, Bryan always answers fast and gives good advices about the island. He is very helpful! The villa is cleen, well decorated, comfortable and looks even better than pictures... The views: OMG! just breathtaking! We enjoyed very much the two large balconies, and spent alot of time there...We ate most of our meals at the condo and it was just fun to cook there: it is so well equiped,we had everything we needed. We also apreciated very much to have condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, mayonnaise, oil, mustad...) and papers (aluminum foil, saran wrap,toilet paper...): not having to bye these whas great. You really just have to bye the food! The pool is nice and cleen and the beach just beside the condo is very nice too, specially at low tide when the ocean is just like a huge hot tub!... We defintly hope to come back with friends or with our childen. Thanks again Bryan for sharing your paradise with us !

Incredible Condo

Condo is absolutely stunning and incredibly clean. Oceanfront views to die for from living room and master bedroom with huge balconies. Kitchen that has everything you need and more. Loved having a washer, dryer and grill. Gated community with friendly neighbors and quiet, safe neighborhood. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. You would need to rent a car to explore the island. Still recovering from Hurricane Dorian in 2019. Having a bedroom and half bath on the first floor is a plus with two very large bedrooms on the second floor with their own full bathroom with plenty of towels and beach towels. Fire tv which allows you to watch Netflix if you have an account. Central air conditioning. What else could you ask for? Bryan was so easy to work with and stays in touch with you to make sure that everything is going smoothly. Great host! The island is very laid back and not full of tourists. If you want to be in or on (or even under) the water, this is the place to be. What are you waiting for? Do not hesitate, just rent!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it is located right on the water in a private, gated community and a sandy beach within a 2 minute walk. While it is secluded it is still fairly close to all the restaurants and activities. It is a place you can relax and enjoy the peace of the turquoise waves but close enough to all the action.
