Small common ground at 50m. Possibility to rent a garage. Ski Montchavin / Paradiski area 100m. Aquatic complex 200m. Accepted 1 animal only. Charming stylish chalet at the foot of the slopes of Montchavin/la Plagne. In the heart of the pedestrian village resort. Very comfortable and spacious. Warm mountain character. Small exposed balcony-terrace. Nice view of the slopes and the village. Pleasant little common ground (ping-pong). Shops, services and leisure on site. Ultra-privileged location at the foot of the slopes in the heart of the village resort of Montchavin-les Coches (connected to the vast Paradiski area, one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430km of slopes). Ideally located for exploring the summer by hiking and cycling in different massifs (Vanoise, Haute-Tarentaise and Italian border, Beaufortain, etc.). On the route of the famous GR5. Numerous sports and fun activities on site in all seasons. All shops on site. Ideal for children or for a "tribe" stay!
