Independent entrance on the ground floor. 1st floor: living room-kitchen, WC, shower room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm). 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (4 single bunk beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm in a row with a bedroom without window with 1 double bed 140x190 cm), shower room with WC. Storage room for skis and bicycles. Rustic chalet enjoying a privileged location 300 meters from the ski slopes. Very quiet hamlet. Quality natural environment. Pleasant and warm accommodation with full equipment. Shared outdoor space. Comfortable cottage located at the foot of the Col du Joly and 5 km from the village of Hauteluce. Good location 300 meters from the Ruelle cable car to access the Contamines-Montjoie station, an area of 125 km of slopes between Savoie and Haute-Savoie. Many other family resorts nearby: Hauteluce 5 km, Les Saisies 12 km, Arêches 16 km. 13 km from the Signal des Saisies aquatic center.
