Farm in renovated typical country situated on the edge of the Lake of St Guérin road, 3.5 km from the resort village of Arêches. Nice mountain and warm character. Very functional development. Private terrace. Beautiful private outdoor space on a flat located on the back of the House (access to the ground by a slight slope). Beautiful panoramic view over the village and the mountain. Located 3.5 km on the heights of Arêches, on the road to Lake St Guérin, on the west-facing hillside. Charming family resort-village, authentic and preserved in the heart of the Beaufortain massif. 23km away, Les Saisies, famous Nordic Olympic site (120km of slopes). Privileged location for magnificent hikes to high altitude lakes, between mountain pastures and hamlets with typical houses. Many sporting, fun, aerial and sometimes unusual outdoor activities between Arêches, Beaufort and Les Saisies. Important religious heritage with the famous Chemin du Baroque.
