Ski the seizures/Espace Diamant 2 km Hauteluce-Val-Joly-Les Contamines-Montjoie 2.5 km. Shuttle winter on-site. Charming traditional granary of 1618 renovated 2 km of tracks (2 large areas to choose). Typical hamlet. Nice natural prairie-hillside setting. South hillside. Good comfort. Original mountain stamp and exotic. Balcony + terrace exposed. Vast natural terrain. Beautiful view. 3.7 km from the Ruelle de Hauteluce Val Joly cable car linking the Contamines-Montjoie ski area or 2.60 km from the Hauteluce / Les Saisies ski area (Espace Diamant ski area and 120 km of cross-country and skating trails). In summer, in the heart of the Beaufortain massif, numerous hikes for all levels to high-altitude lakes, Col du Joly (1989 m) to access Les Contamines-Montjoie or Chamonix. Typical village of Beaufort 9 km away, family resort of Les Saisies 10 km away with an aquasports center. 2 km away, small fishing lake with leisure center for children.
