Le matelas du convertible a pourtant été changé récemment et ne trouve malheureusement pas de matelas de qualité supérieure sauf de remplacer ce convertible par un vrai lit. En ce qui concerne la promiscuité de la terrasse, j'ai demandé en réunion de syndic de mettre des séparations entre les terrasses, tous les copropriétaires sans exception ont refusé. Propriétaire depuis 1978, ça n'avait jamais causé aucun problème pendant des années. Mais beaucoup d'appartements ont changé de propriétaires ces dernières années, d'où un changement de comportement, des gens plus bruyants, envahissants, peu respectueux du règlement de copropriété et malheureusement je n'y peux rien.

Bonjour, Je suis désolée mais le couchage est un BZ comme mentionné sur le descriptif de l'annonce avec un matelas haute densité qui n'est pas ancien !! Votre mécontentement aurait pu etre dit directement de vive voix le jour de votre départ et non pas 3 mois après comme c'est le cas aujourd'hui!!!

Malgré le mauvais temps nous avons passé un très bon moment dans le studio de Mme Blanchard. Celui-ci est propre, bien équipé, très bien agencé et bien chauffé! Nous avons pu profiter de la vue sur les montagnes et des pistes de ski de fond des Saisies.

Cosy, well situated and good value studio apartment

We had a great stay in this warm and welcoming apartment. There are stunning views of Mont Blanc from the large terrace (and through the window just about). Other than a dishwasher, the studio is well equipped and the bed comfy, despite being a sofa bed. If you're not minded to cook, the lovely village is an easy walk downhill and shorter than the drive feels. Coming back up the hill was easier than you might expect. The owner was very accommodating and helpful, although it's all quite straightforward. Finally, the locking garage saved chiselling ice from the windscreen- just the job. Thanks.

Excellent spot for cycling

Marie Agnes was hugely helpful organising our stay as we arrived very late and left early. The studio was a perfect base for our cycling trip and the space was perfect for 2-3 people. Would happily recommend to anyone wanting a base for cycling. Nearby Flumet was great, we enjoyed a good meal and would definitely revisit.

Agréable et calme pour 2 personnes.

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Agréable pour un couple, avec un jeune enfant éventuellement. L'appartement n'est pas tout prêt des pistes mais au soleil toute la journée. Mme Blanchard s'est arrangée pour notre arrivée tardive et pour un départ quand cela nous arrangeait.

Typisch Frans onderkomen in zeer rustige omgeving.

Een appartementencomplex met weinig uitstraling. Appartement is voor 4 personen wel wat klein. De 2 aanwezige banken moeten uitgebouwd worden als 2 2-persoonsbedden. In verhouding tot het geheel is de badkamer mooi. In de keuken is alles aanwezig. Het appartement bevat 1 woon/slaapruimte met daarin de keuken, 2 bergkasten, een badkamer met bad, douche, toilet en wastafel en een vrij groot balkon. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is mooi. Helaas is de Mont Blanc door aanwezige bomen niet zichtbaar. De doorgaande weg onder het appartementencomplex is nauwelijks hoorbaar vanwege de tunnel die er ligt. Beddegoed en handdoeken dienen zelf meegenomen te worden. De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en is voor mensen die slecht Frans spreken erg vriendelijk, geduldig en behulpzaam. Bij warm weer is het heerlijk dat de auto in een koele overdekte garagebox kan staan. Voor uitstapjes zijn er zeer vele mogelijkheden omdat de lokatie zich midden tussen het Mont Blanc massief, de Aravis en de Saissies bevindt.

Un séjour très agréable

Cette location est parfaite pour des vacances. Très bien située, l'appartement possède une vue splendide sur les montagnes, accompagnée du sons des cloches des vaches. Proche de tout, on trouve de nombreux accès de randonnées tout proche sans avoir à utiliser la voiture. De plus, il se trouve à 15 minutes de Megève et de Ugine. Nous avons vraiment passer un séjour très agréable. Nous le conseillons à tout le monde.

nos vacances à flumet déc 2009-2010

nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement très lumineux, bien chauffé,propre, assez spacieux,avec une très belle vue et bien situé. La propriétaire est très sympathique et fait tout pour nous arranger(horaires d'arrivée,doc sur ce qu'il faut visiter...). Les alentours sont très beaux, le village de flumet enneigé est très agréable(commerces sur place assez variés). Nous avons pu faire de la calèche avec les enfants dans le village de praz sur arly(tel donné par office du tourisme) et nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison des comtes(notre dame de bellecombe)pour les enfants.Un petit plus qu'on a apprécié une navette est a notre disposition pour aller à flumet
