A second life was given to this old sewing boutique. A Mona Lisa lover, as perfectionist as Leonardo Da Vinci, decided to refurbished and redesigned so it would look perfect. In chocolate and gold tones, the living room thanks to its large window on the ceiling brings light all day inside the aligned with the open kitchen, the apartment offers a warm and cosy setting. Seat on the sofa or on the stools at the bar and enjoy your breakfast and don’t forget, the Mona Lisa herself is watching you!

The workshop is located neither in Rome nor in Amboise but in the heart of the liveliest area of Paris between Sentier and the Grands Boulevards in the famous Saint-Denis street, a district famous for its "Parisian Women" and trendy restaurants. Leonardo da Vinci would have probably loved this artistic neighbourhood full of textile, theatres and gastronomie. Check in was easy but the flat had not been cleaned very well - a used nappy was left in the bathroom. The ventilation system is very noisy so it can be hard to sleep but the location is great for walking to all the top city sites. Please be aware that the apartment building is used by the 'ladies of the night'.

Urban Flat Paris ! The staff!

The staff! The staff! They were all so kind and helpful, from letting us know where the supermarket was located to arranging our transportation to the airport when departing. It was a great location with a cafe beside and directly across. It’s a busy area, but absolutely quiet within the apartment. It was a very lovely stay!
