Come and relax at our condo in the pines! Conveniently located near Pinehurst and Southern Pines, this 2nd floor, 1350 square foot condo unit is equipped with everything to make your visit relaxing and enjoyable. The master bedroom has a magnificent king size bed, private bath, and an entrance out to the balcony. A second bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath. Lots of room, yet provides privacy as needed.

Some of the most famous golf courses in the U.S. are right down the road. Talamore, Mid South Club, Mid Pines, National Club, and Pine Needles are all located along Midland Road, which is within 5 minutes of our unit. Pinehurst is about 7 miles away, and is easily accessible from Midland Road. Even if you aren’t a golfer, the charming towns of Pinehurst and Southern Pines are nearby. Antiques, shopping, and fine area restaurants are all available year-round.

Our unit is approximately 45 minutes from Fayetteville, where Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty) is located. Several military families have stayed at the condo during visits with their family members who serve in the military. We offer a 10% discount for military families.

Other interesting local attractions include the pottery district which begins about 15 miles west of Pinehurst. The Sandhills Horticultural Gardens are about 10 minutes away, Cameron antique district about 20 minutes.

Our unit is located on the 8th hole at Hyland Hills Golf Course. We provide everything you need for a great vacation. All linens, appliances (washer and dryer in the unit), and dinnerware are available for your use. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Affordable nightly rates are our specialty. Weekdays and weekend rates are the same. We offer a rate of $99 for both weekday and weekends. Weekly rates are $700 (includes $80 cleaning fee).
Monthly rates are available upon request. There is a $80 cleaning fee. No maid service is available. Feel free to call or text me (704-651-9866) with any questions.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

I spent three nights in this condo while visiting for some Carolina golf. I was very pleased with the communication for my check in process, and the host, David, followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. The unit was well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting the area.

Very nice stay

2nd floor condo was very nice inside as advertised and the owner was very quick and responsive. There is a train that runs at night and early in the morning, so just an FYI.

Pleasant stay in Southern Pines

Had a very pleasant stay during our golf pilgrimage to Pinehurst. VRBO is close to dining and courses in the area. Washer/dryer was very handy as we played 9 rounds in 6 days.

Golf trip at Condo in the Pines

Played 7 rounds of golf at Hyland Golf Club and the location of the Condo was right off the 8th hole. Absolutely a great location, very clean and great people to deal with and will definitely be coming back.

Peaceful location

This place was the perfect size for us. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining table. Bedroom space was ample. It was decorated tastefully. The place was very clean. Glad we found this place to stay when visiting my parents.

Clean and easy stay!

Very clean and comfortable condo that was what a friend and I needed for a weekend away from the kids! Communication with the owner was very prompt and accommodating. If you are a light sleeper, pack some earplugs as there is an early morning train that is audible in both bedrooms. The condo was very clean and well cared for. Check in & out was very smooth, and we had a nice stay!

Great Condo

The condo was perfect for my family. It was clean and easy check in process. My family loved the couches! Owner is responsive to questions. It was quiet and somewhat secluded with the deck view of the woods to nature watch or sit in quiet sipping on coffee in the morning. Will definitely rent again if in the area again!

Private Gem in the Woods

This condo was perfectly located just a few miles from downtown away from all the traffic and noise, but close enough to be there in just a few minutes. It has all the amenities you can ask for. Lots of water pressure and plenty of hot water. I don't think the pictures do the place justice. It felt just like being at home and I will defiantly stay here again. The host David was only a text away when the internet went out (out of his control), but he made it a point to update us on when it would be restored. 5 stars on all marks and hope it's available for my next golf trip. Thanks David.

To start we couldn’t access the u it. We were given a wrong code. We had no phone number to contact the owner. After we texted the owner he did get back to us with the correct information. Also unit did not have WiFi access. The outside of the unit definitely needs some attention.

Beautiful location
