Welcome to Sunset Beach 109 — a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath bayfront condo in the sought-after Sunset Beach Condominiums on 46th Street. This spacious end-unit offers the perfect midtown Ocean City location, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and family activities.

Guests love the private bayfront amenities, including a 200-foot sandy bayside beach, shallow water access, and a 125-foot fishing and crabbing pier — the perfect spot to enjoy some of the best sunsets in Ocean City.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for gathering and entertaining, featuring KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The condo also includes:

We had a great family stay! The beach is directly across the street, and there’s a shop right next door for anything you may forget, like towels or boogie boards. We loved being a little away from the main strip—it was quiet, but still just a quick Uber or drive to everything. The upstairs pool was a favorite—peaceful and perfect for relaxing with a book. The Tap House nearby was also a favorite for food; we preferred it over Secrets. Secrets has a beautiful view and is great for drinks, but we weren’t impressed with the food. Overall, we loved Ocean City and had a wonderful family vacation!

Great spot for a short vacation

This condo was the perfect size for a family of 5. We enjoyed the location and being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, mini golf and shopping. Mark definitely made sure we were prepared for our stay and was very prompt with responses to questions.

Perfect place for a family

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and very spacious. It’s perfect location to all our favorite spots making it so we barely had to move our car. The pool and the outdoor space by the bay were amazing we could not have asked for a better place to say!

Convenient location

Mark was very quick to answer any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our short trip. It was conveniently located and not too far of a walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the small beach that is not often found on a bayside property.
