About this property

Maison Indépendante "la Belle Histoire"

Our detached house nestled in the heart of a small village in the Isole valley will be the ideal starting point for your Breton escapades.

Its location on the edge of the street will give you quick access to all amenities on foot (grocery store, bakery, playground, media library as well as a creperie, a bar and a tobacconist, newsagent).

The train station is 15 minutes away and a bus stop is 100m away.

The house has a private garden of more than 800 m2 UNFENCED which invites you to relax.

On the first floor, you will enjoy a fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator/miller, induction hob, oven and microwave oven, washing machine, Senséo coffee machine) as well as a living room with television and a bedroom with a bed for 2 people also equipped with a television. (Smart TVs with access to Disney plus)



Upstairs, you will have a first bedroom (with a double bed) and a second bedroom (with 2 twin beds), a shower room and WC.

Anyone looking for a quiet secret garden behind a beautiful house in a small French village book here. There’s a fabulous bakery and little shop in the square. It was the loveliest house we’ve stayed in with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, lovely dining and sitting area. Charlene are host was lovely very caring leaving us a lovely welcome basket and as we stayed for nearly three weeks came with new linens. She was always there to answer questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this house as the typical French village experience with loads to do not faraway such as Concarneau ad Pont Aven as well as beaches too. Merci beaucoup Charlene

Très belle maison assez spacieuse, tout confort avec un beau jardin. La maison est en bord de route avec un peu de passage. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Une petite maison au calme et charmante. Bien située pour ceux qui aiment visiter les environs et plus loin. C'est la 2eme année que nous venons, notre hôte est toujours à l'écoute et présente si besoin.

Un super séjour dans cette petite maison, proche de toutes les villes à visiter et les plages bretonne. La propriétaire nous accueille comme a l'hôtel, les chambres sont préparées et met également à disposition le linge de bain!Elle reste disponible à tout moment!
