Beautiful Property in Ogunquit

We loved our vacation at this beautiful property. Being able to enjoy the heart of Perkins Cove, with our favorite restaurants and shops, while also being right on the ocean, was such a special experience. Trish was such a great host, the condo was so well equipped with not only the basics, but surprise extras that you often don't think about packing for your vacation (like band aids, and nail polish remover). The beds were comfortable, the living space was so cozy and pretty. And the views were unbeatable. Thank you for letting us stay at your property! We can't wait to come back.

Perfect accommodation in Ogunquit!

Two college friends and I stayed here, and it was perfect in every way! The view is amazing, and it is a great location. It’s an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in town, as well as being very close to the Marginal Way, a mile and a half cliff walk along the water. We could also access the beach from this path. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Trish was very responsive and available to us while we were there. Really, we couldn’t have asked for more! I highly recommend this property!

Amazing Apartment with Spectacular Views

We hit the jackpot with this apartment! The place was spotless, spacious, and had endless water views. The owner, Trish, was so sweet and responsive when needed. She left us a beautiful loaf of blueberry lemon bread from a local bakery along with some butter to make delicious toast (which we ate almost every day). The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with ample supplies so we were never in need. We didn’t realize until day four that the king size bed was a Serta adjustable - what a luxury. But what this place had that was truly amazing are views of the water that expand across every room. One side of the apartment (living room and both bedrooms) looks out at the ocean while the other has water views of the cove. Friends of ours came by to meet for lunch one day and couldn’t get over the views. They want to come back to stay now too. The position of the apartment in town was perfect too. It was situated above a cute little clothing shop and directly next door to a gallery with a friendly artist who had only nice things to say about Trish. It was lovely meeting her. We enjoyed walking down our steps and across the street or down the road to several great restaurants and the Marginal Way. There are about 15 narrow steps you need to use for access to the apartment, so keep that in mind when deciding if this is your perfect vacation home. Also keep in mind that this place has parking —key! If/When we come back to Ogunquit, we would want to stay here!!

Winter Respite

Trish left fresh flowers, chocolates and a loaf of “When Pigs Fly” bread to greet us. We were bowled over by the stunning views of Oarweed cove and the rocky Marginal Way. We had both sunny and stormy weather and enjoyed bird watching and taking photos. My trip to NE from Arkansas was to hear my son Christopher play the harpsichord in Boston. He joined my friend Sara and me after he performed. We did one of the puzzles and played cards. the extremely well equipped kitchen made it easy to boil lobsters we bought fresh off the boat and to make blueberry pancakes. Trish provided a wide array of spices and condiments including maple syrup. The condo was convenient to Ogunquit and Wells. We ate good seafood and enjoyed each others company. The water pressure and temperature controls in the shower were great. The zoned heating kept us all warm. Listening to the surf in the morning with coffee replenished my reserves. Great task and mood lighting options too. The zero gravity bed was nice to nap and sleep in .

Best kept secret!

This place is a gem! Tucked deep into the cove, you have insane views of ocean at one side and bridge and boats out the other. Everything was very clean. Owner is lovely. we would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location and 'home' for the week!

My family and I so enjoyed this property! The location is perfect for listening to the rolling waves, watching the sunrise, and exploring the town, Marginal Way, and the beaches. I've stayed at many VRBOs and this one was by far was the best equipped - kitchen, linens, paper/cleaning supplies, games, etc. It was easy to settle in like it was our home for the week - we grilled and walked to the local restaurants. It was also very clean with comfortable beds. Thanks Trish for the tips and the wonderful stay!

Wonderful property and host!

The view of the ocean and Perkins Cove is outstanding as is the convenience to shops and restaurants. Patricia (Trish) was very helpful and answered all of our questions immediately. The home was immaculate and well supplied with all the necessities. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Beautiful view of the rocky cove and wide ocean beyond

The beautiful view of the rocky cove and wide ocean beyond was the first of our surprises when we entered Trish's apartment. The apartment itself, as others have noted, was immaculate and extremely well appointed with everything one could want to rest, and relax, cook, read, and for me, watch the ocean for endless hours. We had spent a week in Ogunquit several years ago but this was our first stay in Perkins Cove and we were charmed. Wonderful restaurants, the breathtaking Marginal Way for walks, lovely shops and boat watching from the pier. Thank you Trish!

Fantastic Accomodations

Great experience with this rental property and owner. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental. The view is breathtaking and you cannot beat being on the cove! The owners were welcoming, friendly and very thorough.

Great Stay

Clean, spacious and updated apartment with a beautiful view. The lovely hosts met us upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and even brought us a loaf of locally made bread. Very well equipped apartment with lots of the basic necessities like coffee filters, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome!

This is a fabulous ocean view property in a most convenient location. Living right in Perkins Cove for the week was delightful! We walked everywhere; to restaurants, shops, and the Marginal Way. The location is surprisingly quiet and serene. Listening to the waves was so relaxing. The view is outstanding and we enjoyed watching the tides and the boats passing by. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen is well designed for meal preparation and socializing. A full size washer and dryer are easily accessible in a closet across from the bathroom. The beds and other furnishings were very comfortable. We appreciated having nightlights throughout the apartment. Tricia is a wonderful, responsive host…personable and accommodating. She welcomed us with a delicious loaf of bread. We had a fantastic vacation!

Everything is just as listed. Devices that need explanation are labeled. It's a perfect location, only moved the car twice the whole week. Everything is in walking distance.

Great accommodations and location!

Property was clean and spacious and the views out all windows were second to none! It's location right in Perkins Cove is spectacular with many restaurants and attractions within easy walking/driving distance. Patricia made the check in smooth and easy and was very attentive to our needs. Overall a GREAT experience and we definitely plan to return in the future.

Terrific experience

Peaceful and beautiful Location

This condo is absolutely wonderful. It has everything you could possibly need and more. The location is perfect. Within walking to restaurants and stores. The place was meticulous and spotless. Listening to the ocean at night and looking up at the stars in the clear sky were so relaxing. Trish and Ed were so kind and pleasant. They met us when we arrived and if we had any questions, they were easy to reach and responded right away. We loved it so much we have already booked our next vacation with them. It is incredibly calming and peaceful.

Lobsterfest Weekend

Clean, private space tucked away in the heart of Perkins Cove with private parking spots and your own space on Oarweed Cove. Every room has a birds eye view of the ocean. Just feet from multiple great dining options and the beautiful Marginal Way which we enjoyed walking every morning. Best place I’ve ever rented in the Ogunquit area

Amazing!!!

Beyond amazing! The property was clean felt very welcoming - cozy place with all we needed and to mention we had the beach Perkins cove marginal way all within walking was a perfect location. Leaving today and I’m already crying .. our daughter wants to come back next week. Patricia was amazing to work with - thank you!

End of Summer Getaway

Tucked away in Perkins Cove, this property was a great place to hideaway. And yet it was within easy walking distance to the main sights of Ogunquit. It was clean and airy and had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. The ocean, the boats in the cove and the sunrise were with us everyday. Laidback and easy communication with Trish, and we knew she was there should we need anything. We loved our time here ☺️
